Clean, quiet, and cozy 750 square foot DOWNSTAIRS unit duplex apartment. Private entryway. Located in a quiet, single family home neighborhood.

Less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Close to bases, UAA, AK Regional Hospital, Providence Hospital, downtown, midtown, and walking/biking trails.

Discount for active military. Small pets allowed.

Two bedrooms, private bathroom; one bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed. New beds are firm with 2-inch toppers.

Private key code entry.

Off street private parking.

Fully stocked private kitchen/dining room and breakfast items in the fridge. Keurig, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.

Big screen tv with Firestick and high-speed internet.

No smoking. Smoking is fine outside.

Security camera and Ring doorbell on the front of the house.

Check in is 3 pm and check out if 11:30 am. Late/early checkout is fine depending on availability. Just ask in advance.

Private washer and dryer in the unit.

If anything in the unit is not up to your standards, please let me know within the first hour.

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless!!! It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Maia was an amazing host!!! The unit was perfect for a place to stay the night. My friend and I were in town for a competition. We spent little time in the unit during the day but would come back each evening, prepare a small meal, maybe watch a movie or play games, and then go to bed.It was clean, conveniently located, and quiet.It is not a vacation destination.
