This is our second time staying. I think this is the cleanest property we have stayed in. The facilities are excellent and there is plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely be back!

The property was as advertised. It is located at a quiet village with excellent road access. The property was spacious, with large dining and living areas. Kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were spacious with amenities as advertised. Rachael was an excellent host, with clear and timely communication. We needed to adjust the thermostat and she was quite responsive, with proper follow-up. Our group of 7 had an overall pleasant and comfortable stay here.

Family-Friendly Accommodation
We spent a wonderful few weeks in this spacious and lovely holiday flat. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Lake District and the surrounding area.
The village itself has two great pubs, and in Carnforth, we were able to find everything we needed for our daily essentials.
Great location in Warton. Central for us as we were visiting family.
Very comfortable home. Very clean. The owner was very hospitable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay again i 2027 on our return visit
It was amazing to stay at Rachael home in a pretty countryside. The property is just 30 mins away from the Lakes and it was very quiet and peaceful holiday with family. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the house and enjoyed our trip.
The house is large and well equipped. It is clean and comfortable in a lovely location. We had a great few days exploring the Carnforth 'Brief Encounter' station and our drive to the Lakes for the Wordsworths' cottage was spectacular.
Enjoyed our stay. Lovely property, very spacious, clean, warm and well equipped. Enclosed rear yard is a safe space for pets or children. The road in front is a dead end so there are very few passing vehicles. Lots of places to visit within an hour's drive. Would definitely stay again.
