LUXURY 4 BEDROOM PRESIDENTIAL INSIDE DISNEY AT WYNDHAM BONNET CREEK

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort located inside the 30,000 acres that make up Walt Disney World in Florida. The resort has 6 high rise condominium towers located in a circle around a beautiful lake with 2 fountains. The property is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous architecture. The Magic Kingdom is a little over 2 miles, Downtown Disney is about a mile, and the other Disney parks are just as close. There is a shuttle that goes to all the Disney parks plus Downtown Disney. It is $8/person/round trip. It will also take you to Sea World and Universal Studios, but you must make your reservations a day in advance. The last we knew, the cost to Sea World and Universal was $12/person/round trip.

The 4 bedroom has 2 master suites with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and large jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 double beds and their own bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, living/dining area, and large balcony. The unit is approximately 2400 sq ft.


Although this is a timeshare resort, you DO NOT have to do a timeshare presentation. You will be the guest of an owner, and that does not obligate you in any way.

A WORD ABOUT RATES: Summer and some Holidays are PRIME SEASON, THE MOST EXPENSIVE.

RATES: Prices vary, depending upon the season and the number of days. Friday and Saturday nights are almost twice as expensive as Sunday through Thursday nights.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased DIRECTLY THROUGH ME up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in.

RESTAURANTS: 3 outdoor restaurants, 2 full service indoor restaurants, 1 snack bar, 1 small store.

DISNEY PERKS: Bonnet Creek is not owned by Disney, it is owned by Wyndham. You do not get discounted tickets or early entrance, but the Disney buses are public transportation.

DISCOUNTED TICKETS: Check the Disney website. The concierge also has tickets that are very slightly discounted.

RESORT AMENITIES: 5 Pools, 2 lazy rivers, pirate ship water slide, playground, beach volleyball, mini golf, game room with billiards, video arcade, gas grills. - ALL FREE !

The resort has 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and an 18 hole mini golf. There is also a game room with pool tables and a video arcade. All of this is free to guests except the arcade which uses tokens.

There are also gas grills located on the property for BBQ enthusiasts. And there are "porch swings" located in different areas around the lake.

The resort has 2 outdoor restaurants, 2 indoor restaurants, a pizza shak, and a small hot dog/hamburger shop on the property. We have eaten at all of the restaurantsl. They are very good.

CHILD NEEDS: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs that are free to guests. Just ask them at check in, and they will have housekeeping bring them to your condo.
