Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear the home was a great fit for your group and that everyone—from adults to young kids—felt comfortable and had space to enjoy. It’s great to know the pool, spa, and game room were well used, and that the layout and bathrooms worked especially well for traveling with teenagers (always a win!). We appreciate your patience with the security gate and are glad it all worked out. Most importantly, we love hearing that you made great memories and enjoyed the location near Disney. We’d be delighted to host you again for another memorable stay!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌟 We’re thrilled to hear your family enjoyed the Harry Potter room, game room, and the resort pool club—it’s always our goal to make sure both kids and adults have plenty to enjoy. We’re also glad the short drive to Disney worked perfectly for your trip. We’d be delighted to host you again anytime, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future! 🌴✨

We're absolutely thrilled you and your grandchildren enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review. It makes our day to hear how much you loved the property, especially the spaciousness, cleanliness, and the kitchen. We put a lot of thought into the Disney theme and the game room, so it's fantastic to know they were a hit with the kids. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you and your family back again soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and that it provided a great space to celebrate your wife’s 50th birthday that means a lot to us. Regarding the pool heat, we’re very sorry it didn’t meet expectations during your stay. Pool heating is offered as an optional extra, and details are included in both the invoice and rental agreement sent prior to arrival. Because it can take 24 hours to fully heat, especially during cooler weather, we recommend confirming pool heat in advance, particularly for shorter visits like your 3-night stay. When requests come in after check-in, we’re sometimes limited in our ability to get it warmed up in time, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to make our amenity information even clearer. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back in the future and ensure everything, including the pool, is just as you expect. Warm regards,

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! The team at Florida Premier Rentals is delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the home, especially the Disney-themed décor, hidden painted details, private pool, and spacious layout for your group of 10. We're also pleased that check-in was easy and that our team was able to assist you whenever needed. We appreciate your feedback regarding the location description, temperature settings, gate access, and WiFi service. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience for future visitors. While Walt Disney World is nearby, travel times can vary depending on the specific destination within the resort and traffic conditions. We also understand how important reliable internet access and smooth community entry are during a vacation and appreciate you bringing those concerns to our attention. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We're thrilled that, despite a few challenges, you had an incredible time and enjoyed this beautiful home. We would love to welcome you and your family back for another magical Orlando vacation in the future!
