A nice cabin near the beach. It gives you some seclusion from other rentals in the area. A reasonable walking distance to the beach. The cabin was nicely maintained. Check in and check out was very easy. Good messaging while we were planning our trip and leaving. We’ll be back for sure.

i loved the front porch swing, the space was clean & cozy, comfy couch, enjoyed the outdoor shower for all my showers, brought my own coffee so was happy that a coffeemaker with mesh filter was provided, quaint wood floors, walls, and window details, felt like a slice of old florida.

The cottage was like something from a storybook and we enjoyed every minute! It is walking distance to Crackings (best breakfast on 30A), Red Bar, and our favorite beach access. We are already trying to decide when we can come back!

Loved everything about this place!

We stayed at the Shepherd Cottage for three nights and loved it. Beautifully decorated and close to Grayton Beach State Park, The Red Bar, and 30A. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place

Quaint, historical property in a wonderful location. The rental agency is right across the street and very responsive. I would recommend the property for a couple, but any more than two guests is a tight squeeze.

Love this little cottage! Only things we had some trouble with is my husband is very tall, the shower head is very low and the toilet area very tight and narrow. Otherwise, we loved it. We would definitely go back even with that.

Great stay + Grayton

Super walkable to beach, nice size for 2 of us. Loved the outdoor shower + front porch. We could walk to dinner/drinks, the area was great. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We enjoyed the cabin. Although it was next to several homes it was very private and peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Just a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach or riding the free shuttle. Easy walk to the downtown. The outdoor shower was great after being at the beach so we didn't drag sand into the home. We spent evenings relaxing on the porch swing.
