We can accommodate MAX 6 guests (2 Bedrooms) so you’re sure to find a spot that's "just right for you!

1st level details:

• GRAYT Escape Master Suite | KING BED Calming neutral tones and private attached bathroom features a soaking tub, elegant double vanity, and a striking teal shower with rainfall shower system for a spa-like experience.
• SOMETHING FISHY Powder-This quirky bathroom will charm you!

2nd level details:

• PALM CANOPY SUITE | KING BED. Whimsical wallpaper, desk and ensuite bath boasting a double vanity and spacious shower. Pack ’n play/bassinet available for our youngest guests.

• THE RUFF LIFE | TWO FULL BEDS with plush memory foam mattresses, a large TV, and charming coastal decor.

Additional Rooms
• SURF SHACK | LOFT: Offers a cozy daybed, sofa, and Xbox gaming station—perfect for endless fun and relaxation.
• BILLY THE SQUID | LAUNDRY room with full washer, dryer, iron board, iron.

Additional Details:
• Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll get an email with a Point of Contact (POC) form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes.
• Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Location: Villages of Grayton Beach community
• Max Occupancy: 6 guests
• Pets: 2 dogs max with approval and payment of $200 pet fee/dog. We use a site "PetScreening" to manage all four-legged guests. While we only allow dogs, a profile and a pet fee are required for each one joining you. (Note: Pet fees and registration are not required for service animals).
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping on property. Parties/Events are not allowed. Please keep noise low after 11 PM
• Parking: Space for 3 cars (2 on parking pad, 1 in garage). Extra vehicle storage nearby available for $90/week (contact after booking)
• Age Policy: Renters must be 21+

To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM and Check-out Time: 10AM
