Fantastic place to stay for anything UARK! Great views of Dixon on outdoor patio. Suggest taking some earplugs if you are a light sleeper as you can hear the nightlife and train.

The loft is in the perfect location for activities on campus or Dickson Street. You can walk to so many locations for eating, entertainment and shopping. It is also very easy to get in your car and drive places due to the convenient parking spot. It is stocked with the things you need for cooking. The loft is so charming and great for people and storm watching. We will stay here again when it is available. Loved it!!

Location is excellent for access to Dickson Street, but still plenty of privacy. Has a very nice hotel/condo feel. Be warned that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, but that comes with the territory. I'd love to stay there again.
