In the heart of the vineyards and cherry trees, this bright and comfortable Provencal farmhouse is adorned with an enclosed landscaped garden of 38 ares and a secure swimming pool. It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, several terraces. A large secure car park and a pétanque court are also part of the property. The unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail contributes to the charm of the place. Pretty walks in the vineyards, excursions and Provencal markets will make you spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of Provence.

Whether for your holidays with family or friends, everything is planned. 2 high chairs and 2 baby beds are also available. The garden is completely fenced and equipped with an automatic gate. The swimming pool and pool house are delimited by a barrier to guarantee the safety of the little ones.

The neighboring villages are Beaumes-de-Venise and Caromb. The house is located 30 minutes from Avignon TGV station and 50 minutes from Nîmes airport.

Fantastische vakantiewoning

Zeer ruime woning met alle aangegeven voorzieningen voor een fijn vakantieverblijf. We waren enorm gecharmeerd door de mooie, grote tuin en het zwembad. Zeer fijn vertoeven daar! Enige minpuntje is het regelmatig uitvallen van de hoofdzekering als er teveel stroom tegelijkertijd wordt verbruikt. Verhuurder heeft ons hier op voorhand van op de hoogte gesteld, maar af en toe toch vervelend. Tevens goed gelegen voor fijne uitstappen en uiteraard een mooie omgeving om te gaan fietsen (incl. Mont Ventoux).

Magnifique sejour au pied des dentelles de Montmirail

Maison très bien équipée avec une belle piscine,un seul bémol, la puissance du disjoncteur electrique qui entraîne des coupures de courant dès que plusieurs appareils sont en fonctionnement. Logement idéalement situé au cœur du Vaucluse pour les visites et les ballades.

Een prachtige woning die in uitstekende staat is en perfect, met alle nodige aandacht onderhouden wordt. Nooit eerder gezien. Bovendien een uitstekende opvolging gekregen van de eigenaar die je in alles bij staat. Elke kamer is voorzien van een badkamer wat het nuttig maakt als je met meerdere families bent. Volledig uitgeruste keuken die aan alle behoefte's voldoet. Meerdere locaties buiten waar je kunt zitten, zodat je steeds schaduw hebt op ieder moment van de dag. Een uitstekend onderhouden zwembad met eveneens een pergola waar je 's avonds aan het zwembad gezellig kunt vertoeven. Dicht bij het centrum van Aubignan waar je alles bij de hand hebt. Fietsen op de Mont Ventoux

Wij hebben dit mooie huis gebruikt als uitvalbasis voor het beklimmen van de Mont Ventoux. Het ligt op een heerlijke rustige locatie, op ongeveer 10 kilometer van Bedoin en ongeveer 15 van Maulescent. Het huis is heerlijk ruim, met lekker veel doucheruimtes. Daarnaast is de tuin fantastisch groot en een fijn zwembad. Het contact met de eigenaresse is daarnaast ook prettig. Wij hebben genoten!

Situé au milieu des vergers le mas offre tout le confort nécessaire et un espace suffisant pour garantir l’intimité de chacun. Le parc clôturé parfaitement entretenu ainsi que la piscine sécurisée sont parfaits pour les enfants et la tranquillité d’esprit des parents. Des vacances idéales, le chant des cigales, des décors naturels superbes et le mont Ventoux pour couronner le tableau.

Genieten in de Provence!

Prachtige Mas! Ideale locatie om tot rust te komen. Zeer net en alles meer dan genoeg aanwezig! Aangenaam contact met de eigenaars! De nabijheid van de Mont Ventoux is zeker een meerwaarde voor sporters die toe zijn aan een uitdaging.
