Malaucène Villa

We really loved the terrace, garden, pool and the view. The house is well situated within easy walking distance of the main town, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and a couple of excellents boulangeries. The house itself was perfectly ample for four of us to self-cater for a week, with bedding provided, a comfortable living area and very friendly hosts who gifted us delicious homemade pâté and a lovely bottle of red wine from an excellent local vineyard.

One week stay in July

We were 5 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough space for us all. The walk to Malaucène is easy and takes about 15 minutes. The village is very pretty with shops and restaurants and a very pretty market on Wednesdays. In the villa it was difficult to find some shade, as it was very windy and the umbrella couldn't be used as it is quite old. So we were glad that Sonia and Laurent who immediately helped us with any problems, told us we could move the outside furniture around however we wanted. Our only suggestions would be to change the umbrella and for better sleep exchange the matresses. We had a great stay and the hosts were fantastic. Thanks a lot.

A lovely week

The house is great, with lovely views to distant hills and in a very attractive garden. Our daughter, who is autistic, loved the pool. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the oil, vinegar, spices and kitchen roll which saved us buying these. The bottle of rose and home-made terrine, gifts from Sonia and Laurent were delicious. The situation is perfect - close enough to the attractive town of Malaucene but set in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood. We made as much use as we could of the well equipped patio/terrace with comfortable chairs and dining area when the weather was good but retreated inside, during the many periods of rain, to the excellent dining area and comfortable lounge. We offer the following as suggestions to make a great property even better - an additional lamp behind the settee in the Lounge would make reading easier -a book for comments by previous guests on restaurants and interesting places to visit along with instructions for disposal of rubbish, access to local doctor and dentist etc. Sonia and Laurent kindly instructed us but as french was not our first language,whilst we understood most of it, it was difficult to remember. We would love to return soon.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Malaucene. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll und entspricht der Beschreibung. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Sonia und Laurent sind sehr gute und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour dans un endroit très calme avec un bel environnement tout en étant proches des commerces.Nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires: gentillesse, disponibilité, cadeau de bienvenue.Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en raison du fort mistral. Par contre le Gérard le cycliste a bien apprécié tous les parcours aux alentours y compris l'ascencion. du Mont Ventoux. Gérard et Ginette

Très bonnes vacances à Malaucène

Maison agréable et sans vis à vis Propriétaire très sympathique et avec de très bons conseils pour les visites et les vins du coin qui ne manquent pas ;-) Piscine toujours chaude et bien ensoleillée Commerces et restaurants à 5-10' à pieds Si nous revenons une prochaine fois, il est fort probable que ce soit ici.

Wat een fijn huis

Fijne woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je kunt bedenken is er. Mooiste is het grote terras en de tuin met zwembad. Eigenaren zijn super aardig. Zelfs de bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Echt fijne plek. Op loopafstand van Malaucene. Wat wil je nog meer..

Tres belles vacances!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille dans cette maison. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable. La piscine est juste parfaite, on en a beaucoup profite avec les grosses chaleurs que nous avons eu. L'airco dans la maison à été aussi très utile. De plus., l'accueil était très chaleureux.

Prima en goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning op loopafstand van dorp met goede voorzieningen. Fijn zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Prima WiFi. Mooie en ruime tuin. Verlichting in de woonkamer behoeft wat verbetering.

sehr gut gelegen

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in angenehmer Lage. Es ist alles in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ordentlich ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass (jedenfalls bei unserem Aufenthalt) nur zwei Kochtöpfe vorhanden waren und die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich recht sparsam ist (was im Sommer keine Rolle spielen dürfte).

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

Ein gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus, viel Platz, Panoramaaussicht im Garten, einfach toll. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern zwischen 8 und 15 da, und es war mehr als genug Platz für alle. Die große Terrasse war durch die angenehme Außenbeleuchtung auch in den Abendstunden wie ein Draußen-Wohnzimmer. Besonders gefreut hat es uns, dass der Vermieter den Pool, der schon im Winterschlaf war, wegen des guten Wetters für uns reaktiviert hat. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sowohl das Haus als auch Malaucene und Umgebung für einen aktiven, aber gleichzeitig entspannten Familienurlaub weiterempfehlen.

Séjour dans un beau cadre

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 6 jours que nous avons passés dans cette maison dont le jardin, bien aménagé avec différentes zones, offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes. Nous nous y sentions si bien que parfois , plutôt que visiter cette superbe région, nous serions bien restés à profiter du jardin. Maison assez proche du village et idéale pour aller au Ventoux. Beaucoup de visites de beaux villages perchés et de randonnées tout autour de Malaucène. Dommage que la maison n’ait qu’une salle de bains pour 7 personnes. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, très accueillants.
