Ocean view covered porch, deck with furniture and rinse off, street-side screened porch with furniture, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, plus under home parking for four cars with room for two to four more vehicles in the driveway.

Hardwood floors in living spaces, carpet in bedrooms, upstairs reading nook. Dining table seats six plus four at the bar.

Three flat screen TVs (two with ROKU streaming capabilities), one DVD player, books, games and puzzles.

Driveway entrance is located off of Dolphin Drive.

The house was lovely and located in a wonderful location. It was super close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The house fit our families needs perfectly.

Great Spring Break Getaway

We had such a great time at this property. The front porches and screened in back porch were absolutely perfect for this time of year. Beach access was super easy, and the neighborhood was quiet. This particular part of the island was super convenient to grocery stores and dining options. The house itself was adorable, beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is a little outdated, but was fully stocked with everything we could think of. Besides, we were on vacation! There wasn’t a whole lot of cooking happening.

Overall, a great house!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tranquility -- great location on the beach, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, etc. There were 5 of us (no small kids) and I will say that I can't imagine having 10 people in this house (as it's advertised to sleep). The living area, including the kitchen and dining areas, are small and we were good, but anymore people and it would've been crowded!! The TV is a Roku TV and was a pain . . . would've been easier if they had just a smart TV w/cable. The outdoor shower needs some work and improvement, but is a nice to have. My biggest complaint is that the pictures of the beach view on the website are old. Where it looks like just 2 houses across the street w/open views on either side of them, there are now 6 big houses, so ocean view is very limited. Beach access is still very good and right across the street, so that's not impacted. It's a great house overall . . . would rent it again.
