Interior of villa finished to excellent standard. Sat TV 3D HD 200 channels inc sports and movies. Free Wi-Fi, DVD, CD player, books. Outside covered terrace for dining with BBQ adjacent to kitchen. Pool terrace . Laundry facilities with drying area. Two Double carports. Ideal holiday home for 3 families. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge area. Pool heating charges apply out with July and August

Shopping and Restaurants: The main supermarket is on the Cumbre Del Sol and is called Pepe la Sal which has a communal pool and bar and restaurant adjacent to it, a short drive away. There is a Mercadona which has a wonderful fresh fish counter at the entrance to Cumbre Del Sol as well as Aldi The fishing village of Moraira is a short drive as is the bustling town of Javea. These have many shops, boutiques and lots of restaurant and bars offering a wide range of cuisines. Car essential. Nearby beaches at Cala Moraig on Cumbre Del Sol, Moraira and Javea beaches. Dreamsea glamping site within walking distance with restaurant and bar facilities, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

La maison correspond à la description, l’administration fonctionne parfaitement, l’échange des clefs se fait par courrier depuis et vers l’Ecosse, le remboursement de la garantie prenait moins d’une semaine, certaines équipements mériteraient d’être triées voir remplacés mais cela ne nous empêchait nullement de passer une super semaine. Un grand merci à Fiona et Tim

A really beautiful villa with gorgeous views.

We had a fantastic holiday in Moraira. The villa is situated high up in the mountains and so has a really gorgeous view. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The villa is very spacious and feels homely. The pool area is perfect. There is plenty sun loungers for everyone and it is great being able to walk straight in to the kitchen area when you need a cool drink. There is a large shady area too which was well used. Fabulous pool, a great size and fantastic as it was heated. Moraira town is lovely with lots of restaurants to choose from and all very reasonably priced. The supermarket is 5 minutes away at the bottom of the mountain and it is very well stocked with very cheap but delicious wines! We had a problem with the toilet which was running constantly and had to contact the owner. A plumber was at the villa within 2 hours of phoning and the problem resolved, very impressed. There were 8 of us on this holiday and we felt the villa more than catered for our needs, is was great having a washing machine/dish washer/tumble drier/TV SKY. I would definitely return to this villa and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful Villa and Location

Holidayed here for the past 3 years, great villa with superb finishes to bedroom furniture and bathrooms, and a big heated pool, full SKY package keeps the children happy if they have to remain indoors. Only 10 mins from the beautiful town of Moraira (all cuisines and budgets catered for) but its hillside location offers splendid views and the summer breezes keep the insects at bay! Moraira and nearby Javea are typically Spanish towns, no Union Jacks, no Red Lions nor Black Bull pubs, no fish suppers - this place really gets you away from it all - marvellous!

Why they chose this property

A great family villa designed for this purpose for up to two or three families to enjoy with excellent views over Calpe Rock, a host of wonderful restaurants and bars a short drive away with excellent live entertainment bars locally. Horseriding and golf nearby

What makes this property unique

We designed the villa ourselves for a rental and holiday home for us. It is south facing so gets the sun all day and is very airy inside with very good finishes and air conditioning throughout including all bedrooms and the lounge area
