Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, the porch was perfect for hanging out and the location was so close to the beach - just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

Beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants close to the pier. Drive under carport was a plus to keep our car cool. We took our 10 month old Cavapoo and she enjoyed sitting on the front deck and watching people walking their dogs. The beach was super and a great beach for long walks. Here are a couple of cautions: there are signs at crosswalks advising vehicles to stop for walkers. In our 4 days, I think only three vehicles yielded to us. Also, older folks may have a problem with the stairs. I am in my mid 70s, but still rather fit, so the stairs weren’t a problem.Great weather, great accommodations, a good mid-September beach trip!

Enjoyed walking on beach everyday especially at sunrise. Could see ocean from front porch was nice place to have our mesls. Bed very comfortable. Kelly Enjoyed driving golf cart and fishing. Was a little cool for the pool on our visit but would love to on future visit enjoy it. Bob was very helpful and kind. Thank you for helping make my husbands 60th birthday special

Wonderful stay

Property was just as described. Seconds from beach access, but enjoyed the fact it wasn’t right on the main road. Property had all convenient amenities one could think of during a vacation. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful beach vacation!

This property is wonderful! Very close to the beach and wonderfully appointed. Enjoyed coffee on the covered porch, a dip in the pool to cool off after the beach, and a cruise in the golf cart. We love Surfside Beach and this was a perfect place for us to stay. Thank you!!!!

Perfect Getaway!

Property was as described, clean and accommodating. Host instructions were clear and reasonable. Access to the beach couldn't be more convenient, and utilizing the golf cart made travel around the area and parking a breeze. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! The Davis Family

The townhome is only two blocks from the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would rent again. The only issue, and maybe it's because we are not familiar with streaming channels only, was hard told watch some of our favorite things, like the Carolina Panthers.

Family Time

This is our 2nd time at Island House, we had stayed at unit D, we loved it so much that when we decided to vacation at Surfside Beach again we didn’t look anywhere else. Again we were very happy with the house, very cozy and comfortable. Bob and Melissa thought of everything that we might need. We will come back.

Wonderful home away from home!

We loved our stay from start to finish! Bob and Melissa have very communication throughout our stay - message a couple days before check-in with instructions, quick response time when we had a question about the TV and informative message prior to check-out. Right when we walked-in we were welcomed to a cool house and everything was very clean. Amenities such as pool toys, lawn games and beach gear made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Awesome

Wow what a great week I had at the Island house. The condo was absolutely spotless and just as described. Bob and Melissa have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are also very easy to get in touch with for any questions you may have. Location to the beach is great and having a golf cart is a big plus. These owners have went above and beyond with providing beach gear, chairs, umbrellas etc. It was also an added bonus being able to bring my fur baby which enjoyed the front deck as much as I did early in the mornings. I will definitely be booking this place again next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
