Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, ground level villa with an open floor plan and breathtaking rear lagoon view. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is King in Master and 2 double beds in guest bedroom.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We keep our kitchens well stocked for food preparation and pride ourselves on the practices and thoroughness of our cleaning company. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

The villa was so comfortable and convent. The kitchen and bathrooms are small but served our needs fine. The backyard view is so lovely and peaceful. We saw the alligator daily. The walk to the beach is easy. We brought our own wagon and beach chairs but next time we will just use the villas. Plenty of towels and even beach towels. We will deviantly be back !

This place was perfect for our family vacation with our dogs! So clean and comfortable with great space for enjoying meals and rest inside or the views of the pond and wildlife outside (resident alligator included!). It was an incredibly quiet community with convenient access to stores. We loved hopping on the included bikes! The space had everything we could need and more. We could not recommend this location and host enough and hope to come back again in the future!

Living areas and bedrooms are very open, spacious and comfortable. Tiny bathrooms and kitchen and postage stamp patio for 2 only. However, the view and the wild life show was about the best we’ve ever experienced in our 20 years with VRBO. There is a pitching/putting area maintained by the golf courses that is part of this complex. Also appreciated the bikes on property. They got plenty of use. All in all we loved it. Relatively easy beach access considering how distant many properties are from the beach and a short bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club and restaurants.
