Great stay!

We had a great stay! Immaculately clean. Kitchen well stocked w pans for cooking. The property is an awesome location.

Great location with some flaws for property

This was our third stay at Kawama. This specific property was our least favorite. Attempted to contact owner by email and phone, no response. Cleanliness was subpar, with a lot of dust around the ceiling. Downstairs toilet seat was broken-not hinged on toilet, couch upstairs was dirty, while downstairs couch was ripped and dirty. Master bed frame was broken as mattress leaned down. No paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags were supplied. Would definitely go back to Kawama but stay at a different house.

Great place

Loved the place. This is our second trip to a unit in Kawama. The units are spacious. The property is great. We loved the lagoon for snorkeling and night swims. The jetty is great for sunrises and sunsets.

Great condo, Great location

This property is in a Great location! Loved the saltwater lagoon, pools, and small beach area. Condo is clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a well stocked kitchen. I would only suggest a queen bed in room 2 instead of bedding for children. With the twin beds downstairs and pull out bed, there is ample bedding for children. We needed more adult bedding.

Lovely home, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this vrbo in key largo. It’s walking distance to the marina, fishing, some restaurants and dolphin mammal rescue (very cool place). The home was clean, and fully stocked with all we needed to cook, shower, go to the pool/beach etc… The owners were easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The property is great! All the people we met were friendly. If we return to Key Largo we would stay here again. I highly recommend this vrbo.

We chose this property because of the close proximity to Miami and our family history at Kawama. The complex has so much to offer, that you don't need a boat to be able to enjoy the Florida Keys. Although there is a marina and boat slips available for rental. Our family has been coming to Kawama since the 1980s.
