If you are headed to Aiken for a horse show, reunion or wedding this picturesque house on a horse farm is a great place to stay. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, deck and great room with PLENTY of areas to entertain or enjoy some rest and relaxation! Spacious kitchen with new appliances and fireplace for those cold nights! TV s in each bedroom, including a large flat screen in great room. Farm table for large family dinners or to play games! Dogs Allowed, but MUST be cleared with owner first.

The farm is located in the bucolic Montmorenci Area, this home is 5 minutes to The Vista, 10 minutes to downtown Aiken and famous local restaurants, 40 minutes to Augusta, and 10 minutes to Highfields Competition Arena or Bruce s Field. A well-appointed immaculate house help give riders and non riders the ability to rejuvenate themselves!

Guests can enjoy the entire farm, and there are several dirt roads accessible to the farm which make great walking or running areas for guests

Our first Vrbo experience. Lovely property. It was so nice to have space and privacy in which to extend our family visit. After a day out, we could put the grand babies down for bed while the adults chatted in the living room. Definitely recommend

We were in town for a horse sale! This was perfect for us as we had 6 of us in our group! 4 adult and 2 children! We had a great time! Loved the atmosphere since we are all about her horse life! The rooms were clean and the space was huge! We loved it! ❤️

Southern Charm

My Godsisters and I rented this beautiful home earlier this month to celebrate my birthday, and what a find this was! The home is spacious and accommodating yet intimate enough for guests to experience a great time together. It's well off the beaten path, so arriving in daylight will be quite beneficial! :) We ladies arrived one-by-one after dark, so it afforded us a little entertainment as we assured each person en-route that they were indeed correctly following the precise directions that were sent to us by the property manager (who was an aficianado, by the way). We arrived to the home that evening to find that they'd "left the light on" for us! We entered the beautifully-maintained home and were impressed by its charming appointments throughout. The manager/owners even left an assortment of snacks and beverages for our consumption. There were only two down-sides to our stay -- it was cold, so we couldn't take advantage of the back deck and we didn't have a longer stay! We're local chicks, but if we're ever in need of a quiet getaway, this one's on the list!

House with EVERYTHING

This house was amazing and we were awed every time we turned around . Each room was more spectacular than the one before . Every bedroom was amazing every bathroom was expecthis bathroom was extravagant and each thought had been done for what your needs would be. No one detail have been missed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wanted privacy and every detail attended to. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was our first VRBO experience and Courtney and Neil set the bar HIGH! Beautiful home with lots of horse themed decor, which we as horse lovers enjoyed. Plenty of space and they had thought of and provided any item needed in the kitchen etc. They even provided a welcome basket. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you plan to visit Aiken.

A beautiful county getaway

We enjoyed our week at this property so much! Coming home from a busy horse show day and having a glass of wine on the porch overlooking the paddocks and watching our dogs run and play was heaven on earth. The house is beautifully decorated, with wonderful little touches like candles, snacks , lotion and toiletries for our use. Everything was clean and well appointed, and the laundry room was especially well appreciated! Very spacious with room for a bigger group. Lovely sunset views, and if you have horses, bring them!!! We will be rebooking and bringing the horses next time!!

Comfortable, pet-friendly getaway for family and friends!

The house at C-Square Farm had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The house was in a great location for us, between friends from Atlanta and family from Beaufort. A quick drive to Aiken offered plenty of places to eat, but not necessary, since the house had a fully stocked kitchen (besides the food) and even had some snacks Upon arrival. My three Goldens enjoyed the ample space on the property as well as the trails at Hitchcock Woods where we hiked every morning. I cannot recommend this property highly enough - 5 stars!

Lovely, clean, scenic home in Aiken horse country

A girl’s trip to the Aiken area for the weekend was made perfect by our stay in this lovely home. The owner made sure we were comfortable with the directions and check in instructions before our arrival. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. We were also provided with some delicious welcome treats! <3 The owner followed up with us after our stay to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again!

We hadn’t planned on staying with Courtney due to the distance from the horse show grounds. We were so happy we decided to take the chance and stay out of town. The drive was easy and the house and farm were great. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen with snacks for us to enjoy.

Loved the private natural setting and the house is wonderfully accommodating.

We only stayed one night at this property but really had a wonderful time. We sat out on the deck with a glass of wine and watched the beautiful sunset. Everything we needed was provided right down to there being our brand of K-cups for the Keurig. The setting is natural and private and the house is warm and inviting. We highly recommend a stay here while you enjoy the sights of Aiken, SC.
