All the comforts of home in this mountain get-away. An open space floor plan maximizes the mountain views and gives a light and airy feel. The serene living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress), 2 recliners, an expandable table (seats 4) and wood burning stove. A smart TV and free WiFi connects you to all your favorite programs and music channels.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee maker, crockpot, spices, and all other cooking conveniences. A peaceful night's sleep awaits you in the queen-size bed with plenty of storage under the bed and in the closet.

Condo comes with one assigned parking spot, one guest parking spot, and access to the clubhouse which is outfitted with a heated pool, jacuzzi, ping pong & pool tables and laundry. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Dillon Valley is located near restaurants, movie theater, shopping, and several ski resorts; Keystone (15 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (20 minutes), Copper (20 minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), Loveland (25 minutes), Vail (40 minutes), and Beaver Creek (50 minutes). Plenty of activities to make your stay memorable.

Great stay

Really enjoyed spending the weekend at the condo. The listing is very accurate and communication with the owner is stellar. It is a short drive to both Breck and Cooper if you want to go skiing. There are many great food options within 10 minutes of the condo. Will be back for sure.

Amazing view from the patio!!! Very cute little place. Perfect for two people. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but would absolutely stay again!

Great stay!

The listing was as described and very enjoyable! The host was easy to contact and friendly. It was very cozy and had a couple of unlisted perks such as a great espresso machine! Slight bummer that the hot tub was unavailable due to covid but certainly understandable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Location; Every detail well thought-out

If you are coming to Dillon to go skiing, look no further!! This place had everything you would want. From the ski racks and the bench outside of the condo to the large bathtub, fireplace, and view on the inside, we wanted for nothing during our trip. -The kitchen was well appointed also so we were able to eat most of our meals in or pack for a light lunch on the slopes. Nearby dinning options were convenient and tasty as well. -The condo was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. -The closet had plenty of space and was well organized. -The drive to Keystone and Breck were both painless and quick (under 20 minutes). -Roads around the condo were navigable with a compact car (recommend 4-wheel drive if you aren't familiar with driving on snowy/ice covered mountain passes). -Owners gave very detailed instructions and were always prompt with responses. I highly recommend this unit and these owners.
