All the comforts of home in this mountain get-away. An open space floor plan maximizes the mountain views and gives a light and airy feel. The serene living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress), 2 recliners, an expandable table (seats 4) and wood burning stove. A smart TV and free WiFi connects you to all your favorite programs and music channels.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee maker, crockpot, spices, and all other cooking conveniences. A peaceful night's sleep awaits you in the queen-size bed with plenty of storage under the bed and in the closet.

Condo comes with one assigned parking spot, one guest parking spot, and access to the clubhouse which is outfitted with a heated pool, jacuzzi, ping pong & pool tables and laundry. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Dillon Valley is located near restaurants, movie theater, shopping, and several ski resorts; Keystone (15 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (20 minutes), Copper (20 minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), Loveland (25 minutes), Vail (40 minutes), and Beaver Creek (50 minutes). Plenty of activities to make your stay memorable.
