Charming cottage of charm

Two cottages on the property spaced 10 m apart:
The first with living space, kitchen cathedral, bathroom, toilet, a bedroom suite upstairs with bathroom and toilet,
The second with a large bedroom and a children's room, wc and bathroom with hip bath.
Our cottages have been restored with beautiful materials to provide you a serene holiday on the terrace in the sun, by the fireplace in the living room with old beams, under the tall trees. After exciting and varied days in the area, it is really nice to find the calm of our spacious and comfortable house and prepare a meal in a very friendly kitchen
Great sunshine because Orientation East West thatched cottages, absolute calm, we are facing fields and down the hamlet, the hamlet is overall very well restored with very pretty thatched cottages typical of the region.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful accomodation with beautiful garden

Main house perfect. Lots of useful things can be used by the guest (unfortunately web di not know). Neighbour building smaller and not equal standard than main building but absolutely sufficient. Suggestion for improvement: better wifi - constant providing only in main house. The garden and terrace are a highlight. Very friendly and pleasant owner.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus aussprechen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Trotz des alten Hauses sind die Bäder und die Küche sehr hochwertig und modern. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, wie in einem Werbefilm für die Bretagne. Trotzdem liegt das Haus extrem nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (bspw. Guerande) und an den Stränden. Die Gastgeber waren von Beginn an sehr engagiert und nett. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Rückzugsort für gestresste Großstädter

Wunderschönes Reet gedecktes Bauernhaus nahe Naturschutzgebiet. Sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder und mehr zur Nutzung vorhanden. Kontakt zum Vermieter per E-Mail jederzeit schnell und problemlos. Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Zeit - genau das Richtige für gestresste Großstädter. Es hätte nur etwas wärmer sein können. Mit 20-22°C kam es uns für "Hochsommer" manchmal etwas zu kühl vor...

Traumhaftes und bestens ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer Mischung aus alter Substanz und moderner Erweiterung, komplett ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sowohl herrlich ruhig als auch zentral zu den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Guerande. Ein Traum ist der riesige Garten mit altem Baumbestand und unverbauter Lage direkt am Feldrand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, Check-in und Check-out hat der Sohn der Famile übernommen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir umfangreiche und individuelle Informationen über Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Besichtigungen und Strände, etc.. erhalten. Darüber hinaus stehen detaillierte Wanderkarten der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Von unserer Seite eine absolute Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn es und noch mal in diese Region zieht.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Garten mit großer Terrasse ohne direkte Nachbarn lädt zum Lesen ein, die verkehrsgünstige Lage zu Ausflügen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, die dicken Mauern und das Reetdach halten es angenehm kühl. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns umfassend und charmant über die interessante Umgebung informiert und uns eine Vielzahl von Tips gegeben, so dass der Reiseführer überflüssig war. Un séjour au calme entre mer et campagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Lyphard. Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le jardin et la proximité des plages. La chaumière est agréable à vivre, et très bien équipée. Un point très positif également : l'accueil 5 étoiles du propriétaire !

Formidable semaine !

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cette ravissante maison, accueil sur place chaleureux, maison impeccable pourvue de tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore, grand calme, magnifique jardin et énormément de choses à faire aux alentours (la Brière à vélo, les plages, Saint-Nazaire, Guérande ...). Un grand merci à Bertrand et sa famille pour ce séjour, nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Excellent séjour à Kerbourg

Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable. Très beau jardin. Avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir utiliser des vélos pour de belles promenades dans la Brière. environnement très calme et en même temps on se retrouve à 10km seulement de la Baule, à 12km de Piriac ou de la Turballe. Très pratique la petite maison pour loger les adolescents. Nous avons également été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous ne pouvons que conseiller la location de cette maison.

Chaumière magnifique, spacieuse et tout équipée comme chez soi.Kerbourg est la commune des maisons typiques de la région.Au calme ,située à 10mn de la Baule,Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire .MERCI ENCORE. Sophie,bertrand,clémence et fanny.
