The ground floor features a converted garage with a ping-pong and pool table. You will also find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second living area with a kitchenette.



The main living floor features an open-concept floor plan with wood floors and a stylish living area with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. A full kitchen has a suite of stainless steel appliances. The main suite offers a desk setup, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. A half bath adds convenience. A huge wraparound deck boasts multiple alfresco living areas as well as a gas grill and a private hot tub. Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a bathroom. Added perks include a wide selection of board games and puzzles, beach towels and chairs, and a fireplace

We had a great time! From ages 10 mo to 85 years! The place was WELL equiped with everything you need! Baby beds, high chairs, beds wete very comfortable, good space, sound did not travel, good parking for 6 cars, short walk to beach, although i expectedi expected i exoected a bit

The listing showed a pool table and ping pong table. There was none so this needs to be taken off advertised listing.. Rears end where showed on advertising really cloae to beach. No. Followed a trail to a road and followed another path. Took awhile and not safe. Went somewjere else for. Beach access. And last tjesafety feature of the front steps are sinking gravwl steps. Need to find other option on this could meam an accide t waiting to happen. The pictires ahow tje house newly modeled and it is not bit it was clean.

The property was spacious Location was awesome. It was enough room for the whole family, the kids had a blast,Only thing is the grill needs to be replaced it was disappointing having everything for a barbecue and unable to grill the 9 slabs of ribs, burgers and chicken etc .One of the main reason why I rented the house was for the grill please replace it , the side door knob kept falling off and the button to the jet tub kept popping off other than that it was amazing.P.S I couldn’t figure out how to place the key back in the box so I made sure to leave it on the table near the front door.

I knew this going in, so this is not a criticism, just very sore leg muscles. Didn't realize how much I would be needing to go up and down. This was a nice place with lots of space and with the TV and game room in the garage it was great for all the kids we had.

The location was good and the house was nice on the second and third stories. I loved the wrap-around deck, but there's no ocean view to speak of. The master suite on the main floor was very nice and the kitchen was good a pretty well equipped. But the downstairs (1st floor) was quite bad, and unfortunately 9 of our 16 people had to sleep down there. It smelled terrible (musty, moldy) and the carpet was damp and very badly stained. We needed all the beds, but one trundle had no sheets, and there were no extra sets of sheets available. I texted managment regarding this the evening we arrived. Then one of the bottom bunks collapsed and fell through to the floor when that couple was going to bed. I reported by text about that in the morning, but neither of these was resolved until the 3rd day when we had only 1 night remaining, so the experience was pretty bad for the family in that room. The bottom bunk in the other downstairs room was not comfortable for that couple (they spent the night trying not to roll to the center) and the moldy smell downstairs flared up allergies of the kids in there. I would change the occupancy to a maximum of 6 and just use the upstairs floors until the carpet can be changed and the furnishings replaced with something more appropriate downstairs. Each downstairs room could hold 5, but 10 people is too many for 1 bathroom, so 2 double wide bunkbeds with trundles are unnecessary. It was unfortunate that there was yard waste in piles in the front yard.

A perfect place to have a family Christmas get together! Plenty of space for 8 people, plenty to keep us occupied when the weather was not the best and plenty of kitchen dishes to have a wonderful Christmas dinner! We are local but this worked great for all my kids! We plan to come back in the summer for a week!
