Pebble Beach Quiet Getaway

If you are looking for a place to veg out on weekends or during the week, this is the place to visit. Our three bedroom, three bath home is on a quarter acre in the Del Monte Forest. We are located in the "Sunbelt" area of Pebble Beach where it is warm and cozy.

You can find our place as soon as you enter the Highway 1 gate right off of 17-Mile drive.

When you arrive open the blinds, lay on the three-section sofa and float away. It is a place to relax, unwind and forget the world outside.

Relax and enjoy your stay. Be refreshed when you leave.

The house was nice, clean and quiet. There is a covered driveway to park in, a laundry room and everything you need. The owner is very responsive to any of your questions you might have. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the quiet get away that we were looking for in the Carmel area. Del Monte Forest is a lovely neighborhood area surrounded by the forest of trees and deer were spotted in the back yard area 2 days in a row.The house is older with a large add on which gives plenty of space for a family. It is ultra clean and the kitchen is small but had everything we needed for some meals in.The beds are very comfortable as is the easy living room furniture. The carport housed our car easily and there is a newer washer/dryer for guest use.Our host, Jonathan, was very quick to respond to 2 questions we had and gave us great information on getting to know the house from the start. We highly recommend this home for a lovely and quiet get away!!!!

Cozy cottage surrounded by Monterey Pines in a quiet neighborhood in Pebble Beach, adjacent to Monterey, Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley, and Laguna Seca raceway. It was our perfect launching point. Small but well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and extremely clean. It is rustic, but in every good way. Host/owner was extremely responsive. We will stay again.

Perfect place to have easy access to the Monterey Peninsula and the coast line.Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, nice kitchen for meal preps and a great supply of kitchen items for cooking. Would definitely use this place again if visiting.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Jonathan was very responsive to my questions and made sure we had everything we needed! The house was in great condition. My adult kids loved the collection of board games in the house and they LOVED the comfy sofa in the family room The location of the house was perfect because everything we needed was within 15mins of drive! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We love staying in this peaceful, tasteful, clean and comfortable house set in the lovely forest by Pebble Beach. This was a great place to be, inside the gated region that is Pebble Beach. It's inside the gate for the 17 Mile Drive so that's essentially included. Easy access to the great restaurants and shopping in Carmel-by-the-Sea, which also seems to have a beach that's a regional favorite. So there are definitely pros, including modern front-loading full-sized washer and dryer. The setting is unquestionably beautiful so it's a nice place to be. The TV works fine and the sectional in the living room is super comfortable. Also great was that the host responded immediately to a couple of issues at the start of our stay and got things resolved quickly.This all makes me a little sad that there are some cons that should be passed along to future renters. Please don't ignore this place due to issues, but be informed.The cons are that it's a mid-century house with no updates except for the master suite. Good news is that everything in the kitchen works well and you have a choice or drip or K-cup coffee makers. There's a third bathroom but it's only accessible from the carport. There's no A/C which is usually not an issue but it got warm our last day and it's impossible to get any cross-ventilation without leaving the very old windows by the driveway open, and there are no screens. We couldn't even get half the windows to open at all. There's a gas fireplace but the gas control seems to be broken (it just turns loosely and doesn't turn on the gas). And the king bed seems to slope a little.
