Great Vacation Spot

We loved our stay here!! The location is perfect!! You can walk across the street to the beach or just sit on the balcony and look out at the water. The heated pool was a perfect addition. We had an amazing time!!

Clean facilities in a great location. They don’t offer an icemaker or ice which was unexpected and unfortunate in the hot Michigan summer. And it is very bare bones as far as any beach/outdoor equipment. I think it’s a great place for anyone more local who can bring toys/equipment/towels with them but less ideal for anyone flying in.

A perfect location and friendly helpful resident owners. The bed / pull out couch was saggy and could have used a firm board for support. Also the picture window was perfectly placed overlooking balcony's view of the beach views and sunsets. However the blinds were in disrepair and unable to be fully opened or closed properly. They must be replaced asap.

We stayed in Elk Rapids many years ago and the town is as quaint as we remembered. We loved the condo's proximity to the beach, it was just what we needed! Perfect location to catch the beautiful sunsets! Only complaint is we had to leave for home.

Elk Rapids Beach Resort August 2020

The location of the condo is good. The beach is right across the street and the town is walking distance. There is a bit of noise from the road behind the complex, but nothing too bad. This particular unit is a tired - missing slats from the blinds, broken cabinets, the worst TV cable routing I’ve ever seen and no WiFi. It was clean, but more worn out than I’d expect for what we paid. But if you do come here, bring beach chairs! We didn’t and totally regret it
