Spacious Sawtooth condo in Shanty Creek with easy same level access from parking lot, updated in 2018. Basic kitchenware, two queen beds in one bedroom, king bed in the other and a Murphy bed in the living room. This amazing condo sleeps 8 with room to spare. Each bedroom has it's own balcony with a third balcony off the living room. This is truly a home away from home.
Located about an hour from all that northern Michigan has to offer, including Traverse City, Shorts Brewery, Torch Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes and the Mackinac Bridge.
The condo is on parking lot level making it very convenient to come and go. You will also have access to the resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub located a short walk to Lakeview Hotel at Summit Village. There are many bike and walking paths located in the resort along with a pitch-and-putt 9-hole disc golf course. And don't miss the Beach Club on the sandy shores of Lake Bellaire.
Shanty Creek’s fleet of complimentary transportation shuttles allow property owners and guests to discover all three villages which includes, Summit Village, Cedar River Village, Schuss Village and downtown Bellaire.

This was the perfect property for two couples to get together for a quiet fall weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely book this place.

Our unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. It’s right by the Lakeview Hotel so you can walk over to swim, get a bite to eat or have a cocktail. There is also a Starbucks in there. The beach is absolutely beautiful and is one reason we choose this place. It is our second time staying in this particular unit.

Great Condo!!

Second year in the Bellaire area and first in this area of Shanty Creek resorts. Condo was clean, well stocked and as advertised. Close proximity to resort amenities and a short drive to other resort golf courses and Bellaire for other necessities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t beat it for the price!

Condo has a great view and was very clean. Pool pass is a nice touch that you don’t always get at Shanty Creek. I would stay here again.

This condo was a little slice of heaven! Our family was able to sit on the back deck and watch wildlife with the binoculars they had in the condo. The condo was clean and well stocked with pots and pans so we could cook meals and enjoy our time as a family. It was also big enough we could spread out and get space from each other when needed. We enjoyed there being several lakes close by and the hosts even provide a pool pass and clubhouse pass to use down at the lake. Honestly such a great space for a family, we look forward to our next stay❤️

Perfect holiday getaway

Very comfortable stay in a spacious 2 bed and 3 bath condo! Beds were nice, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony view was great. Having a TV in each bedroom helped too. Overall, this place worked out great for our group and the weather was spectacular too!

Wonderful condo

We were just here a short time to attend the memorial service of a dear friend but it was just what we needed. The owner was wonderful communicating with us and we could not be more thankful for such a beautifully appointed place to stay during our trip north. Thank you for your hospitality!

Golf weekend

Great location. Beautiful views of Lake Bellaire. Spacious accommodations. Dressers are dated though adequate. Kitchen utensils were also dated but adequate. We appreciated the bottles of wine left by the owners and would stay here again!

Beautiful Views

What magnificent views and location! We enjoyed our stay with family of 4 adults and we tried to visit as much of the area in a three day weekend that we could. The condo was clean, adequately equipped for our needs. Just a little dated but it suited our needs by having two en-suite bedrooms and a joined common area. Highly recommend the Fall Color Chair Lift experience at Schuss Mountain.

The property was wonderful - very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with essentials. Great for people with mobility issues as there are no stairs. Only two revommendations: - new couches sir very low(hard to get out of) and sit unevenly, would also add chair for extra sitting (not enough room fir six people to sit) and a coffee table - the counter chairs are too high to sit at kitchen counter
