We had a great time. The weather was great. We used to stay there years ago every year, but on the fourth floor . The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work, but the owner got it fixed right away. we love staying in Daytona on that part of the beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wanted to go to Daytona.

We stayed at this Condo February 2026 for the Daytona 500. Condo was great, great location and attention to details made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this condo whenever you’re in Daytona.

We did have a little hiccup accessing the property day 1, however Steve was more than accommodating. The property pictures do not do it justice. It was nicely updated, and spotless! The condo was spacious enough for our family of five. The pool is steps away from the unit and the beach steps away from the pool! Residents and the maintenance staff are also super inviting and friendly. They genuinely seem to enjoy visitors/tourists. The property is also very accommodating to pets with a nice lawn on property, so you do not have to walk up and down the busy boulevard or miles away for your pets! HUGE BONUS**. Steve provides everything you need for everyday use as well as fun times on beach or poolside (towels, ice chest, boogie boards, tents, umbrella, wagon, etc.).

Amazing Stay!

The property was amazing! Very clean, very spacious. The host provided lots of conveniences like plenty of k-cups in various flavors, laundry detergent plenty of dishes amd utensils, and even toiletries. Covered parking was awesome, and we spent a LOT of time on the deck with a perfect constant breeze. The beach there was always quiet and never crowded. If I could give more stars, I would. Will definitely be back!
