- New bathroom: New large shower 90 cm wc ZEN ambiance sink
- 16 m² terrace in the garden: (enclosed garden planted entirely with 2500m²) - Outdoor garden furniture table, sun lounger, parasol, chairs, armchairs
 - Private enclosed parking, gate remote control etc ...
Close to all amenities, sea and village 10 min on foot each - Calm and tranquility, recent house, double glazing -30 db excluding subdivision in vineyards and olive trees not overlooked, very few neighbors, little noise -, located in greenery + of 800 ha of olive trees and vines,
