Appartement fonctionnel au strict minimum Qqs points negatifs - l’existance d une clim mais pas utilisable - pas de lave linge pas au vu de la taille dé l’appartement c’est normal - pas de mise à disposition de petits accessoires plage (chaise,parasol..) quand on vient en train c’est compliqué - un violent vis à vis par contre Nous avons deja loges dans d’autres appartements dans la meme residence plus pratique et fonctionnel Points positifs Accueil parfait avec la dame qui soccupe de l'entrée et la sortie

Emplacement idéal à Favieres

Belle résidence a cote de la plage, au calme et très propre. Voiture a l ombre car garage en sous sol. A qq pas du centre ville pour les courses : tout à pied. Inconvénient mineur : pas de lave linge, ni micro onde.

Séjour au top

Nous avons adoré votre location. Elle est fonctionnelle, conviviale et bien entretenue. Le voisinage est calme. L'accès à la piscine est un vrai plus. Quant à Bormes les mimosas, nous connaissons bien y passant tous nos étés. Nous adorons la Faviere. Nous avons déjà regardé les tarifs de la location pour l'année prochaine 😉

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est bien situé. Le balcon, spacieux, est très agréable. Nous avons très bien dormi. C'est très calme et reposant. L'appartement est bien rénové et tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. La salle de bain et, en particulier la douche, spacieuse, est aussi agréable. Nous avons tout fait à pied et avons laissé la voiture au garage. C'est très pratique de pouvoir garer son véhicule au frais. Attention il est un peu petit et ne convient pas aux grosses voitures. L'impression générale aux Rives de la Favière reste très positive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu reposant et bien placé. La plage est en accès direct par un petit chemin privé, le centre de Bormes (restaurant, commerces, location de vélo) est à deux pas et Le Lavandou est à moins d'une demi-heure de marche sur une belle promenade en bord de mer. Le sentier du littoral se fait au départ de la résidence . Merci pour tout.

Agréable et bien situé

Petit appartement fonctionnel, agréable et bien situé. La résidence avec piscine est très bien entretenue. L'appartement bénéficie d'une terrasse ensoleillée bien agréable. Proche du centre de la Faviere tout en étant au calme et proche de la mer.

Séjour très agréable

Propriété idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces. Chaleureux accueil de la part de Philippe. L’appartement est bien placé avec tout le nécessaire. Seul bémol, la climatisation et le store d’extérieur dont nous ne pouvons pas nous servir...

Bon séjour Appartement bien agencé et agréable. La grande terrasse est très appréciable. Un renouvellement de la batterie de cuisine serait bienvenu. Néanmoins je conseille vivement cette location et j'y retournerai volontiers

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tout était parfait rien à redire sur votre logement . Nous tenons également à remercier Philippe pour son accueil sympa et sa disponibilité. L'endroit est calme et reposant tout en étant près du centre. Le paysage et l'endroit sont splendides. Il manquait juste la tringle pour ouvrir les stores de la terrasse. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vers vous pour une prochaine réservation éventuelle l'année prochaine. Bien à vous. Belle journée.

Location et station très agréables

Location et station très agréables. Tout à proximité (plage et commerce). Cela fait la 2e fois que nous utilisons ce logement et nous en sommes toujours aussi ravis (cuisine et sanitaires récents). Par contre, la batterie de casseroles et de poêles devrait être changées pour une meilleure utilisation

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très fonctionnel et est seulement à quelques mètres du centre ville et de la plage. L’acceuil a également été très chaleureux ! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.
