Do you want to rest on a peaceful shaded terrace, enjoying an aperitif and barbecue? While being close to the beach, and the charming center of Lavandou without forgetting its shopping streets full of life?
You have found the rental you need, located on the ground floor of a villa, the completely independent apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub

- 1 living room with double bed and sofa bed, 1 TV, table, chairs and furnishings
- 1 kitchen area with all utensils, fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.

Very nice stay

Exactly like pictures very well equipped. 15 minute walk to le lavandou beach and supermarket nearby. Very nice area. Clean and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but only spoke French so hard to communicate. Overall, would recommend and would stay again!

Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn niet bij de prijs inbegrepen, dat stond helaas niet heel duidelijk vermeld in de omschrijving. De badkamer vertoonde duidelijke mankementen, geen mogelijkheid de douchekop op te hangen, en ook geen stop voor het bad. Het bad was bovendien erg vies. De keuken stelt niet veel voor, is klein en niet voorzien van de uitrusting die in de omschrijving is vermeld. Enige positieve aspecten zijn de goede locatie en het privé terras.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben top! Sie ist sehr einfach gestaltet, die Küchenzeile sehr eng. Leider war sie aber super schmutzig. Die gut funktionierende induktionskochplatte war total fett verspritzt, die Nudeln der Vorgänger lagen noch im Abfluss und die Töpfe waren auch fettig . . . Und vieles mehr. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab es nur auf Nachfrage - zum Aufpreis von 20. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub leider nicht so genießen wie gewünscht. Sehr schade!

Rückmeldung Appartement Le Lavadou rue Jean Moreas 12

Gute Lage: Nahe Einkaufsgelegenheiten, ca 15Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer, schöner Sitzplatz. In der Küche jedoch rostiges Abtropfsieb. Zudem fehlt in der Küche ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher.(War im Beschrieb auch erwähnt, dass es dies gibt). Zudem kaputte Steckdose, alles eher dreckig. Die Grossmutter der Gastgeberin welche die Wohnung betreut, wusste nicht, dass im Beschrieb steht, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Hatte es beides nicht.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable chez Camille, un grand merci pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. Le logement est très bien placé, permet de tout faire à pied, et de découvrir cette belle région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Idéal pour les vacances

Emplacement idéal à 10mn à pieds du centre ville, de la plage et des commerces . Un supermarché à 200m . Appartement fonctionnel pour les vacances , avec un plus très appréciable une terrasse sur jardin . La propriétaire est très sympathique et très discrète . À préciser une bonne petite côte pour arriver à l’appartement !!!! Ça fait travailler le cardio !!!! Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir au même endroit .

Vive le lavandou

Propriétaire au top, un vrai coup de coeur ! maison fidèle à la description. Bémol sur la cuisine qui n'est pas faite pour préparer de bons petits plats. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung außer der Küche. Schöne Aussenterasse, ruhige Lage, nette Vermieter

Zuerst! Die Zusammenarbeit mit fewo- direkt hat noch unendlich Luft nach oben. Die Fewo.kann man weiter empfehlen wenn man Ruhe sucht und eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten liebt. Es fehlen Hinweise bezüglich Mülltrennung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider fehlen Rauchmelder weil auch die elektrischen Geräte in der Küche alle über eine Steckdose angeschlossen sind. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

lieu agréable donnant sur une terrasse jardin ombragée où l'on peut prendre les repas ce qui constitue une véritable extension à l'appartement
