Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards.

A very good place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach, the shops, the food and the ambiance of downtown. Now, if we could get a Rubio's to open up closer to downtown Carlsbad than the one on Palomar Airport Rd.

Perfect Location to enjoy everything in Carlsbad

This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again. These units are perfect for couples and small families. 1 blk to the the ocean to enjoy walks on the beach and for sunset every night. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We love this place.

Great little 1 bedroom with a great location. Everything inside and outside is nice. Beach, restaurants and shopping all close by. My husband was happy as he found a planet fitness close by to use one day. Will definitely book again.

Great location with partial ocean views. Interior appliances and furniture were nice. Walls were a bit thin, which wasn’t an issue until our last night when very loud neighbors checked in below us - this didn’t detract from the experience overall.
