Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

Come and enjoy the beach life and the charm of Carlsbad at a great location you cannot beat.

Such a great location and easy stay. Walk to the beach (1.5 blocks) walk to the village for food and drinks (3 blocks). Quiet apartment complex, seemed really safe. You will keep windows open for circulation and comfort so occasional walker bys with noise but we thought it added to the vibe of the neighborhood. Parking convenient in lot and plenty on street if you had two cars. I would stay again.

GREAT STAY-AGAIN!

This was our third time staying at this property, in a different unit each time, and it definitely met our expectations. Although it rained almost every day, we were warm and comfortable in our immaculately clean apartment. The location can’t be beat, for walks along the beach or to the Village. We’ll definitely be back again!

This place is a wonderful vacation spot, easy walk to fantastic beach, restaurants, downtown. Really clean facility with a wonderful pool, nice little patio spot. The sunsets on the beach are gorgeous and the whole area, including Seaside Village itself, is extremely kid and family friendly. It's about as close to perfect as you can get. But...the futon bed in the livingroom area leaves a lot to be desired and it could definitely use some black out shades and air conditioning if you're the one sleeping on the futon! Beside that futon situation I would HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental and will definitely go again!

Carlsbad is beautiful

We had a great time at the property, coming from Arizona the weather was perfect. My son and I had a great time in the pool, it was so convenient having the laundry and being so close to the ocean was great. We look forward to doing it again.

We will definitely be back

Check in was so smooth. Having the parking spot was fantastic. We were able to walk to breakfast and access the beach easily. The unit felt new and the finishes didn’t feel cheap. I love that they included a wagon in our unit, an umbrella, and beach toys. The walls are on the thin side but we slept just fine. It was such a great getaway and we are looking forward to coming right back here.

Labor Day Weekend Fun

This is the first time at this property and it was PERFECT for us! We loved the quick walk to the beach and downtown. The condo was really well stocked - beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach wagon. We also really appreciated the small touches of dish and laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen with some spices and coffee. We will DEFINITELY be back- thanks for the great weekend!
