Newer and recently upgraded two story duplex located on small court with 9 other duplexes a total of 10 units. Common swimming pool and laundry. Beautifully maintained grounds on daily bases.
Duplex has 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, living room, large kitchen with room for table. 2 patios and 1 balcony off Master Bedroom. Equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and other small appliances.

Interior nicely decorated and clean. Complex is located about 1 km (a little over a half mile) from main street in Coco. Town of Coco has 4 large supermarkets, over 50 restaurants, boutique and souvenir stores, bus stops to take you anywhere in Costa Rica and other tourists attractions. Playas del Coco is located 20 min drive from Liberia international airport (LIR) and 4 hours drive from San Jose international airport (SJO). Property manager can pick you up from Liberia airport only for additional $40.00

Great Home Base for exploring Playa Del Coco

We had a great vacation at this property and overall it was very nice, roomy and well equipped. The location and amenities are great. The landscaping is kept up very nice, the ground crews never stop working at it. 4/5 because The pool tiles need some maintenance, but it is kept nice and clean and was a refreshing break from the heat. Some of the Appliances are showing their age, the Refrigerator needed a repairman multiple times during the month as it kept shutting down and completely thawing out. (Property manager responded to these issues promptly and arranged repair quickly). The BBQ needs some maintenance to make it produce full heat, but it does work, it just takes a little longer. None of these things would keep us from returning to this well equipped Condo for another wonderful vacation in Coco.

Las Palmas

Very good location. Walking distance to cornerstore, restaurants and beach. Very doable walk to main street Coco and we found it easier and more enjoyable to do via beach. The unit itself was very private and we spent most of our time in our screened deck area with fan, nice added bonus. Other tenants in complex very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 weeks here and would definitely do it again.
