Welcome to Costa Rica…Travel and Leisure call us the Happiest Country! Playas del Coco is a sought after town to visit with being only 25 minutes from LIR airport. Relax in this condo nestled in a community near the beach that has a mountain and pool view. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a few steps to the pool. This is a spacious two bedroom, two full baths condo and includes beach chairs, private washer/dryer and all the other amenities of home.

The space
What is also great about this unit unlike others is your private washer and dryer in the condo. There is a nice open space setting which allows comfort for 2 people. We offer Amazon Fire stick as well as cable TV. There is complimentary internet. It is 30 seconds from the Sunday Farmer's market and just about anything you need by walking! This has available for long term stays depending on the time of year as well as short term or a quick overnight! Come visit with us soon!

Internet has very poor service.Master bedroom. We slept there the first night, sheets and pillow smelled terrible. Stayed in spare bedroom the remainder of our stay.Seating in the living room very uncomfortable.Seating on the balcony very poor.Lamp in master bedroom has defective switch.Light on the deck did not work. (Yes we tried the chain switch)Second bathroom had continuous sewage smell .Direct sunlight during most of the day makes balcony unusable.We have rented in Las Palmas 7 times. This was by far the worst accommodations at the highest price we’ve ever paid.Very disappointed!John

The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. There was a leak under one bathroom sink but the manager sent repair men over straight away. We could only use one shower because the showerhead in one bathroom was broken. Great location, clean pool. Washer a n dryer add to its appeal. If one has mobility issues, request a ground floor condo as there are quite a few steps.

Las Palmas perfect location.

Loved the location in Las Palmas. Seeing other areas , felt this Las Palmas was the best - safe and very convenient location to Pueblito Square with great restaurants, coffee shops and mini mart. It’s ashort walk to the beach and downtown. Mixed feelings regarding the condo. Nice size and lovely view over looking the pool. Inside the condo disappointed as it was a little worn looking . The upgrades to nice tile , granite countertops were appreciated but the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms were very dirty and marked up looking. The cleaners had done an ok job . The bed pillows were old and stained and the beds were fairly comfortable but are double size not queen. I think the owners could easily address these minor issues.

Hello. Sadly you left the condo in very poor condition which is understandable that you would leave these comments. You complained about the outside of the common area windows and it did not meet your criteria of a Florida style resort. This is Costa Rica. In the description, it never was compared to a Florida style resort. Also, they are Queen beds per the US standard and regulations. This is a lovely condo that many people enjoy with stocked amenities. We are Airbnb Superhosts. Sadly you left the condo in very poor condition and for 2 people it took 2 days to clean with damages so your remarks will not help offset how you left this lovely condo.

Lugar céntrico, bien equipado

Es un lugar muy bueno. Solo un pequeño problema con desagüe del baño, pero es comprensible debido al uso El parqueo es abierto y pequeño , pero no tuvimos ningún problema y la zona se observa segura.

Gracias por los comentarios. Sí, durante la temporada navideña hay mucha gente en la ciudad y afecta el estacionamiento, problemas de agua y más cuando se visita la playa. La zona es segura incluso en las calles. Gracias por estar con nosotros.
