Family house, well located (close to parks and town center 20 minutes on foot, seafront 5 minutes on foot, etc.). Also very close to the Ile de Ré (15 minutes by car). House with swimming pool secured by a roller shutter (5mX10m). Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, Tassimo, 2 kettles, induction hob. Also available, washing machine and dryer (in the cellar). Ideal for large families or to spend holidays with several families. 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. Garden (approx 600m2) and swimming pool secured by roller shutter.
