About this property
HEATED Private Pool and Heated Patio at this GORGEOUS Home!
The perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy!
If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing space to enjoy the East Valley of Phoenix, you have found it! This immaculate 3 bedroom plus open den (loft), 2.5 bathroom house features a large southwest facing backyard with heated covered patio and seating for six at the patio dinner table, seating for another 6 around the gas fire pit, gas grill, heated 8' depth private pool, no neighbors on the backside of property and located in a cul-de-sac. Sunsets are amazing!
The entire home is exceptionally decorated and very appealing. All 3 bedrooms are *upstairs* and feature Queen beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for a home away from home. You may never want to leave!
THE LOCATION! Throughout your stay, you'll have the best of Queen Creek and the San Tan Valley right at your fingertips! When you're not inside enjoying the luxurious comforts of home, explore Arizona's great outdoors. You'll find fantastic hiking, biking, running and walking trails nearby, offering epic mountain views you'll never forget. Two bicycles are also available for your use.
Practice your swing on any of the scenic golf courses nearby; favorites are The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch, Poston Butte Golf Club and multiple others.
Hike San Tan Regional Park, watch your favorite MLB team at one of the many nearby Spring Training venues, or head to a local restaurant for a delicious meal or refreshing drink.
Shop until you drop at the area's best boutiques or outlet malls and look forward to returning home and dining alfresco on the outdoor patio. This is a nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get to anything located in the Valley of the Sun.

**We are not in residence or rent our property at certain times of the year. Due to a recent malfunction and overflow of our pool which caused damage while we were not there, we installed a security camera facing away from the house towards the pool to keep an eye on it. When guests are in residence the camera will not be viewed for your privacy.

Nearest grocery store: Frys on Hunt Highway (3.5 miles).
Restaurant/bar: There are many quick pick-up and small eateries within 1.5 miles of our house including Barros Pizza. Some of our favorites within 10 miles:
Palma Kitchen + Tap (7.6 miles overlooking the Encanterra Golf Course), Anthem Grille (9.2 miles overlooks Poston Butte golf course) San Tan Flat (8.7 miles), Queen Creek Olive Mill (9.1 miles), Windmill Winery (18 miles wine tasting, entertainment and food trucks).
Gas station: Entrance of Copper Basin (1.5 miles) – also has the best burgers in the area!
Shopping mall: Ellsworth Loop, (13 miles)
Our favorite golf courses: Golf Club at Johnson Ranch 3.9 miles (tough course, has elevations that are cool), Poston Butte Golf Club – 9.7 (stunning longer course more like high class golf), Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch (16 Miles) – they all have restaurants as well. We have golfed at multiple golf courses within a 30 mile radius – experiment to see what you like, look them up on yelp and read reviews. In our opinion, stay away from narrow courses that run through neighborhoods.

About the host
Hosted by Shelley V
Patrick is a retired criminal defense attorney and Shelley is the retired Executive Director of a nonprofit organization (United Way) from northern Minnesota. They are very active and love to golf, bike, work out at the gym, Shelley additionally loves to play pickleball, hike, run and swim, Patrick loves to play ball and watch spring training.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property as our "cabin" to get away from the Northern Minnesota winters and chose this particular property because it is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a gym, church, gas station and small mini mall with a few restaurant/bar options and golf courses close by. (all walking distance) There are also no neighbors on the backyard side of the house. We also loved the close proximity to San Tan Regional Park and the Mesa Gateway Airport.
What makes this property unique
We love the private backyard with no neighbors behind us, the deep pool, the two citrus trees and size of the house which is big enough to have guests but not so big that it is a chore to clean. We put in the pool heat because Shelley loves to swim.
