One of the highlights of our home is the spacious, southwest-facing backyard, offering wonderful privacy, beautiful Arizona sunshine, and spectacular sunsets! With no homes directly behind the property and a quiet cul-de-sac location, you'll love the peaceful surroundings.

One of our favorite features is the heated patio! Arizona winter days are often beautifully sunny, but evenings can get chilly once the sun goes down. Our built-in patio heaters allow you to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing well into the evening, even during the cooler winter months.

Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the patio, spending the afternoon by the pool, or gathering around the fire pit beneath the stars, this outdoor space may become your favorite part of your vacation!

BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE & FULLY EQUIPPED

Step inside and feel right at home! Our immaculate, tastefully decorated home offers three bedrooms, an open loft/den, and 2.5 bathrooms, with plenty of room to spread out and relax.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs and feature queen beds. The open loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen air mattress.

Our well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out for a day of adventure or enjoying a relaxing dinner at home.

With inviting living spaces, thoughtful amenities, and all the comforts of home, you may never want to leave!

Our home is ideally situated for exploring the East Valley of Phoenix while enjoying the tranquility of a quiet residential neighborhood.

Love the outdoors? You'll find wonderful hiking, biking, running, and walking trails nearby, offering spectacular mountain views. Two bicycles are also available for your use.

Love to golf? Some of the area's most scenic courses are just a short drive away, including The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch and Poston Butte Golf Club, along with many others throughout the Valley.

Enjoy pickleball and other activities? Within walking distance, you'll find two pickleball courts, basketball, bocce ball, cornhole, and a beautiful neighborhood park.

Looking for adventure? Hike San Tan Mountain Regional Park, explore the Superstition Mountains, enjoy horseback riding, or take a scenic drive to Canyon Lake and Tortilla Flat.

Baseball fan? Catch your favorite Major League Baseball team during spring training at one of the many Cactus League stadiums throughout the Phoenix area.

Prefer shopping, dining, and entertainment? You'll find plenty of wonderful restaurants, unique shops, local attractions, and entertainment throughout Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and the greater Phoenix area.

One of the things we love most about our home is its location. You'll enjoy a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to experience everything the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

After a day of golf, hiking, shopping, or sightseeing, come home to your own private retreat. Fire up the grill, enjoy dinner on the heated patio, and watch another beautiful Arizona sunset.

POOL INFORMATION

Our private pool is deeper than many typical Arizona residential pools, reaching approximately 8 feet over much of its area.

Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee:

December–March: $50 per day

April–November: $40 per day

You choose whether you would like the pool heated during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating.

Poston Butte Golf Club – 9.7 miles: A beautiful, longer course with a more upscale feel and scenic surroundings.

Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch – 16 miles: Another enjoyable course with beautiful scenery.

All three offer dining options as well.

We've golfed at many courses within a 30-mile radius and encourage you to explore! There are courses for nearly every skill level and preference.

We enjoy getting to know our guests and are happy to answer questions before and during your stay. After booking, we look forward to connecting with you, coordinating arrival details, and sharing information to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA

We are not in residence or renting our property at certain times of the year. Due to a previous pool malfunction and overflow that caused damage while we were away, we installed a security camera facing away from the house toward the pool to monitor the area.

When guests are in residence, the camera will not be viewed for your privacy.
