If having every convenience available to you and in great working condition, then this venue is for you! Our host was very attentive and accommodating. We will most definitely be back on our next trip back to Hayward.
Very nice cabin with beautiful view of lake. Pontoon that’s included is a great bonus. The only issue was there was no ladder on the pontoon as we wanted to go anchor down and jump in the lake. We found a sand bar that worked.
We love this cabin. The pontoon is a huge must for us to enjoy the lake in the summer. This year, we especially loved the very clean and updated porch to watch the sunsets and boats diving by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with enough room for us all. The restaurant is a few feet down for live music and food for when you dont want to cook. We will definitely return!
This cabin was beyond our expectations!!! The ambience, location, comfort, cleanliness, and ease of check-in were great! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The views across the lake and the evening sunsets we spectacular. I would highly recommend cabin #7 to anyone who wants to experience a genuine northern Wisconsin vacation!
Can't say enough about these cabins. We stayed here several times 30 years ago. Perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend. Great location, great service from management. Do miss Famous Dave's!

Up North Cabin
Decor definately reflects being up north. Nice screened in porch. Close to water.
The cabin is the epitome of an “Up North” experience! The setting, decor, furnishings, and necessary kitchen items were all perfect!! We had a fantastic weekend and loved the warmth and atmosphere the cabin created! Thank you for sharing your home.
We really enjoyed our stay. We had two cabins together that was wonderful. Cabin was very clean and location was great. Owners were very good with communication. It is so convenient that a pontoon boat comes with the cabins. We have been coming to Grand Pines resort for almost 30 years never a disappointment.
We stayed to ski the Nordic trails and it fit our needs very well. I would book this cabin again. We enjoyed a great weekend! Thank you. Michelle & fam

Quiet relaxing place
It was a nice quiet place to stay. The pontoon and firepit were nice perks. We had a rainy weekend and could have used more towels. It was pretty clean. Seemed like a hunting/fishing cabin. Everything worked!

We supply each guest with a towel and washcloth, which is written in the description and details. Our cleaning crew does an excellent job of maintaining our cabin, and we never received any negative feedback about the cleanliness of the cabin upon arrival. One can tell by the pictures that this is a very classic and unique cabin experience.
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin! Beautiful views! Location was perfect! My 12 year old caught 6 fish right off the dock on our first day- his favorite vacation yet…
The only thing we lacked was a large pot- (there was a small one and a large and small pan)… so on spaghetti night we had to borrow a big pot from family staying close by….
Otherwise there is nothing to pack but your bathing suits!
If we ever make the 17 hour trip up north from Atlanta again- we will definitely stay here again!
