This beautiful home has everything you need to build your family vacation memories! Newly remodeled, two very short blocks to the beach and boardwalk, across the street from Lake Louise, close to the inlet for fishing or party boats.

Jenkinson's aquarium, restaurants, deli, bagels, donuts and ice cream all within walking distance. Most within 1 block of the house.

Driveway parking for up to 3 cars.

Large fenced in yard, patio with fire pit table and chairs, gas grill and outdoor shower.
New updated garage/game room for renter access!!! Great place for the kids to hang out. TV/Shuffleboard/Darts/Corn hole/Music/Etc.

Wall mounted TVs in every bedroom and living room for rainy days or relaxing evenings.

LAYOUT:
Downstairs: Living room, eat in kitchen, Bedroom with 1 Queen bed, full bath with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs: Bedroom with 1 King bed, 2 bedrooms with full size beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 twin bed in each, full bathroom with tub(spa shower)

PLEASE NOTE:
Linens to be provided by the renter. Please plan ahead and pack sheets, towels, beach towels, etc. Linen rental companies available locally.

Beach chairs, various beach toys, board games are available for use.

Perfect location

House was exactly as described-everything was new! Nice to have 6 bedrooms-all teenagers had their own room. Very short walk from house to a less crowded access point on the beach (just north of the aquarium), but still walkable to the attractions on the boardwalk. Backyard gas firepit and garage game room were awesome!

Perfect House and Location

My family of 10 had an amazing week staying at this property. There was plenty of room for my adult children and grandkids. Regina and her husband were quick to reply to all of our questions. The house has everything you need. Everyone enjoyed the “party garage”. It was a great place to hang out at night. My grandkids loved having the backyard to run around in and play games. The house was close to everything. We were at Jenkinson‘s in five minutes. We walked to get ice cream, donuts, and dinner. We highly recommend that you stay at this house.

Famliy Vacation 2021

The house has a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The extra space outside with the garage set up as additional leisure space is a very nice addition. Walking distance to the beach, plenty of parking, and a nice location between both Jenkinson's boardwalk locations.

Great beach house for young family

Renting this property through vrbo went very well. The owner was helpful and informative. The house is clean and cozy. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk and some restaurants. Our family had a great week 😀

Great Family Vacation

The property is a great match for large families looking for a Summer Get Away. The hosts were responsive, decorated appropriately and thought of the little things (i.e. Step ladder in every bathroom for kids, two refrigerators, etc.). The beds were comfortable and had variety (the king bed was very plush other beds were firm). Fenced in backyard is great for kids and, if some people wanted to go to bed and others wanted to stay up, the "Man Cave" in the garage was great to watch a sporting events or a movie without disturbing the rest of the group. I intend to stay at this property again.
