#Absolutely fabulous unit with brand new features. Completely remodeled and awaiting your arrival! Incredible views from a very private Full-Width balcony, with Elevated Patio Table and (4) Captain Chairs, accessible from Master Bedroom & Living Room, DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! This is an over-sized 1,300 sq. ft. MIDDLE UNIT, offset towards the beach (20' closer to beach than either East or West units).  You have an unobstructed view to the East AND West! You cannot see your neighbors and they cannot see you! ONLY three (3) condos per floor, which offers a more secluded environment than most condo complexes. NEW UPDATED Kitchen, Master & Guest Bathrooms! FREE WiFi, HIGH SPEED INTERNET. NO LAND-LINE PHONE. Blue-Ray with DVD player. Large Laundry Room just off the Upgraded Kitchen (pictures not shown) with new granite countertops, Stainless Steel glass top stove and Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee maker (Single), and has a spacious preparation area which overlooks the Living Room. Perfect Destin Family Trip!

We love Destin Towers and this unit was superb. The host was a great communicator and everything was explained from check in to gate codes plus all of the amenities and things to do in the area. The unit was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything during our stay. Looking forward to a future fun family vacation here again!

Fantastic views, perfect location and great communication with owner. This was my family's first visit to Destin and will not be our last. This condo was just what we were looking for, even close enough to walk to some places! Very easy, smooth, relaxing vacation.

We had a great time at the condo. Everything was perfect. The pool wasn’t crowded at all. The view was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. Sad to leave.

Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Friendly and interesting people. The beach service umbrellas and chairs is flawless, the perfect touch to wonderful soft white sand and emerald green water. We will be back.

This unit was fantastic! 7 Adults shared the space with no problem. Kitchen is well stocked, washer and dryer was convenient. Greg, the owner, called to make sure everything was to our liking. We will be back!

The condo was in great shape. Had plenty of space and storage. Balcony right over the beach with perfect views. We found the condo to be very clean and accessible. The other guests were well-behaved and friendly. Parking was close and convenient. I would stay here again.

Spectacular Views

We were very pleased with the Condo. It was fully stocked and looked just like the pictures. We were looking for a vacation spot that was beach front with balcony and great views, we got exactly what we were looking for. The first few days the weather was not ideal but the Condo itself was very comfortable and the views spectacular.

When first entering the condo it had a musty smell. After opening the doors to the balcony it got better. Other than that everything else was great! The view was amazing and our family had a lovely time!! Mr. Wolf was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend the properties to others.

Wonderful stay!

We were so impressed with how clean this property was. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We did not have to wait to get into the condo. The owner was very gracious about some last minute changes that we had to make. The view from the 13th floor balcony was amazing! The condo was very well stocked including anti-bacterial soaps at all the sinks. Beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for 2 couples with ample room for all. We look forward to renting this condo next year!

A much needed vacation!!

Renting this property through VRBO was easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The sound of the ocean was music to my ears and just so relaxing.

Beyond Expectations

The owner was wonderful and checked with us to be sure everything was okay. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils/appliances we needed. In addition the refrigerator and stove were new (didn't use the dishwasher since there were only 2 of us). I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Bonus: gated parking, beach and secure building.

My wife, Jeanne, and I are from St. Louis, Missouri. I was a truck leasing salesman in the Transportation Industry from 1976 to 2013! My wife owns Morgenthaler's Window Treatments which specializes in furnishing everything for windows: blinds, plantation shutters, custom-made draperies, verticals, etc. She is the 4th generation in the business which is OVER 125 years old! And she has been involved with the family business for over THIRTY-(30) years. We have four (4) grown children that are all gainfully employed & OUT of the house, and twelve-(12) grandchildren and one (1) 'Grand-Dog'! Greg Wolf

Why they chose this property

While our children were growing up, we took a family vacation every year to some place new in the 'Sun Belt'. Over the years, we kept coming back to Destin, a total of eight (8) times prior to buying our condo, and once we paid off our four (4) children's education expenses, we decided to invest in a condo in Destin. I had always wanted a condo DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!! I wanted a condo where I could go onto the balcony, have a cocktail & cigar, and listen AND watch the waves crash on the shore WITHOUT having to lean over the rail and peek through several buildings like we have had to do in the past! NOT ANYMORE! And that is exactly what we have: A CONDO DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!!

What makes this property unique

This is a MIDDLE UNIT with unobstructed view of the ocean, East, South, & West!!! There are only three (3) condo's per floor, but the MIDDLE units in our buidling are offset approximately 20-feet closer to the Gulf than the East & West units! And our elevator service is exceptional! Only half of the owner's in our building rent, so our condo offers peace and quiet!
