The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a recently renovated finished basement, great for watching a movie. The main floor contains an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs are 2 more queen bedrooms, a cozy bedroom with a twin bed and another full bathroom. Out the backdoor you will find great outdoor dining space and a BBQ as well as a separate guest house with a queen bed and full bath. Great for multiple families sharing the rental or just if you need a bit more space and privacy. The entire house is air conditioned.

Excellent property and location!

We booked this property for our annual family vacation. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The house was already stocked with many essentials. The back yard was perfect for games with our grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the property with 3 couples and 2 single people and it was a perfect fit - location is amazing- 10 minute walk to town - very comfortable beds and central AC that worked great - very well stocked with paper goods - nice outdoor space - plenty of games and beach chairs- separate cottage for one couple with it’s own bathroom- great washer dryers

Family Fun House

We had so much fun during our stay. The house has a great yard. We had a cornhole tournament, cooked out and appreciated the privacy and landscape of the property. We put puzzles together on rainy days and appreciated not having to pack our own beach chairs. The location is a short walk into downtown Edgartown and tucked back on a quiet street away from the traffic. The host was so nice and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great spot for friend attending a wedding in town

This place was perfect for 9 friends attending a wedding in the area. Super centrally located, comfortable and modern accommodations, and a shed equipped with activities for the afternoon. We didn't make use of the beach chairs, but it was fun to get a little cornhole in. Great spot!

Lovely home in Edgartown

We spent a wonderful week in this home ideally located within a few minutes walk of downtown Edgartown. Excellent amenities including a well stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, and bed linens. Enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and dining on the rear patio. Thank you for providing everything we needed to be comfortable and welcomed on Martha’s Vineyard.

Great Edgartown property and location!

This is a great property for a group of 6+ people: comfortable layout, sleeping for 9, walkable to town and and the beaches, great yard and amenities (beach chairs, games, towels, etc.). And Rob is super-responsive! Everyone in our group enjoyed the house, location, amenities, etc. - all commenting on what a great vacation it was. We even had people peeking in the windows on the last day asking for details on how to rent it.

Perfect Spot

This is an ideal space for a group looking to be together and explore MV. The house is charming, clean, well appointed, well proportioned, and laid out. The cottage room is a nice ground floor option for anyone wanting more privacy or easier access. (Helpful for grandparents who want to avoid stairs). It’s walking/biking distance from everything in Edgartown, groceries, restaurants, and all the nearby beaches. The downstairs TV room is good for board games, teens, or business calls. The patio provided a good spot to grill and eat. When we were a full house, the indoor LR/DR/K area was a bit tight, but temporarily rearranging furniture and nabbing a nearby bench solved the issue. Rob, the owner, is a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this house!

Fantastic house!

Home Sweet Beach House!

There is a lovely sign in the kitchen that says that and it couldn’t be more true! We had an amazing stay at this property. It’s decorated so beautifully and the furnishings are as cozy as they are stylish! The property owners thought of literally everything, sparing no detail to the point that you don’t want for anything except more time here! We couldn’t have had a more perfect and lovely stay at 29 Pine!
