Peaceful, comfortably furnished, spacious, one-bedroom North Berkeley apartment near shops and restaurants, at a quiet cul-de-sac with large deck overlooking a creek and wooded canyon. Private entry. 14 day minimum stay required.

This was my second stay and it was equal, if not a better experience than last time. The place has such a great layout and is so comfortable to reside in. And Belinda is so consistently responsive and accommodating. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.

Spacious with Wonderful Deck

We so enjoyed our stay at this North Berkeley in-law unit. The host was very accommodating and starting our days on the gorgeous deck, overlooking a beautiful canyon, was wonderful.

Everything was as advertised, and more. The space is very comfortable and peaceful. The deck outdoor deck was amazing and could hear the faint sounds of the creek down the hill below. Belinda was a great host. Not only did she respond quickly to every question I had, she also took initiative to check in to see if everything was okay and if there was anything I needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late. Our host generously offered to provide a few grocery items for us, and she responded within minutes every time we reached out to her. The host lives in the house above the apartment, so she was available if needed. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is lovely and quiet, and affords a chance to experience the charm of Berkeley. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return the next time we visit Berkeley.
