At the back, a very calm wooded garden allows you to rest in the shade of birch trees.
Lake Leon is 500 meters away, the Atlantic Ocean 7 km away and the forests and the coast cycle track (Vélodyssée) 150 meters from the villa.
Closest major cities: Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, Bordeaux.
