When you enter the fabulous Seaside Beach Mansion, you'll immediately sense the warm and inviting upscale coastal decor. The 1st floor features 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms attached. Two bedrooms offer King beds and two have Queen beds (one of the King suites has a twin bed as well). One of the King bedrooms is a 1st floor master, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.

There is a 1st floor living/TV room with a queen pullout sofa bed and its own kitchenette. The pool deck features a granite outdoor bar and a Weber grill for outdoor dining and relaxation, plus a golf putting green for a little friendly competition, and the pool is a great diversion from the surf and sand. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The utility room off of the garage has a washer/dryer for your use, and there is a 2nd full-size side-by-side refrigerator in the garage.

The 2nd floor is the main living floor, with an open floor plan that is ideal for larger groups. The gourmet kitchen features a huge granite island bar with seating for 10 and the full commercial-grade appliance lineup listed above, plus both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker for your enjoyment. Dining options abound: the dining room seats 8, an adjacent high-top table seats 4, the kitchen bar seats 10, and there's outdoor dining for 8 on the dining room balcony — plus 3 outdoor decks, all furnished for dining or leisure.

The open floor plan leads directly into the large family room with a 65-inch TV and sectional seating. A full bathroom on this floor also connects to a bedroom with two queen beds.

The 3rd floor has 3 more master suites, all with King beds, private bathrooms and their own outdoor balconies. The 4th bedroom is perfect for the children, furnished with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed — it sleeps 3 very comfortably. The 3rd floor laundry area has 2 washer/dryers, making a total of 3 washer/dryers in the property for your convenience.

The huge rooftop deck is the most unique feature of this home!
