This spectacular estate is only one house (literally steps!) to the beach and boasts panoramic views of the ocean from almost every window in the home. The ground floor elevator starts in the garage and makes its way to all three floors of living - meaning you won't have to climb any stairs if you don't want to. The first floor has three bedrooms / two bathrooms and sleeps comfortably nine people in beds. It also has two mud rooms at the front and rear of the home - making it convenient for storage. The backyard is where you will find the outdoor shower for quick and easy cleaning after a day at the beach.

The second floor has three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom access. The master suite is the main attraction of this floor - fitted with a spacious master bathroom *with heated flooring*, custom closet, a sitting room with couches, a fireplace, and TV, and access to its own private deck with ocean views; it is a room fit for a king and queen. The first and second floor each have their own set of washer dryers, so you'll never find yourself in line to do laundry or tackling stairs with your hamper in hand!

The third floor living space is a magnificent open concept great room with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views that will take your breath away. The kitchen is equipped with viking appliances, built-in refrigerator and dishwasher, all matching the kitchen cabinetry. For seating you have a beautiful island with a second sink and additional storage, as well as a gorgeous Pottery Barn wooden kitchen table with seating for ten. Right off the kitchen is a deck with access to a Weber grill for delicious home cooked BBQ meals.

Across from the kitchen is the masterpiece of the home - ocean-front entertainment area. For those who like to enjoy a nice cocktail or glass of wine after a long day at the beach, we have a custom bar area with two wine fridges, ice machine, and gorgeous bar with custom lighting and bar stools. Make your way from the bar to the seating area with a beautiful gas fireplace and 65 inch TV, which you may not even want to turn on because from this area is the PERFECT view of the ocean from all five windows. For an even better view, walk through the sliding glass doors to the 500 ft.² deck to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, or dinner at a wooden picnic table with completely unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

For beach access - we offer beach tags to our guests. The garage is also equipped with bikes, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas - which makes packing for this vacation stress-free and easy!

The entire home is tastefully decorated with elegant upgrades such as crown moldings, tile and granite, two gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and many other unique architectural accents. This home is truly one of kind, and we are beyond excited to share it with you!
