Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. The best location in Colorado Springs

My family and I loved that there was a quiet bedroom away from the others, and the home was so, so clean!The location is perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City, super close to Garden of the Gods, and easy driving distance to about a million great spots!! Cannot wait to return!!!

Wonderful location and very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Would suggest updating photo to show dining table. We expected and preferred the couch/chairs that were pictured. (But others might like the large dining table with bench seating) There was nowhere comfy to sit without going downstairs to family room.

Great location, lovely kitchen and decor. Was hard to tell online that the kitchen and dining area was upstairs from the living room, so a bit of up and down. Garage can only accommodate a compact car, but still able to park in the driveway.

Great location, close to everyrhing!

Great rental close to many of the area attractions! Old Colorado city is a gem and loved that we could walk to restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. Would rent this spot again. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the mountain views and beautiful weather.

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of things for small children like baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, booster, and eating utensils. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the mountains!

Overall, we had a great stay! The location was very convenient and it was great to have off the street parking. The house was comfortable and came with a lot of amenities. The only inconvenience was the amount of toilet paper that we had for four people. We were left with two rolls in addition to a 1/4 of a roll that was already in the one bathroom when we got there. The host was quick to respond when I inquired, but confirmed that anything outside of the two new rolls left, we were responsible for. Two rolls were definitely not enough for four people across 5 days, but I feel like this should’ve been communicated better. Other than the toilet paper, we had extra of everything else- towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, etc.

Excellent option for Old Colorado City

Great option to be super close to Old Colorado City downtown, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs! Nicely decorated and very comfortable stay. Super clean and great communication. Would stay again. :)

Perfect VRBO Experience!

The property listing was very accurate. The location was perfect and the home was very clean. We had an opportunity to use the kitchen to prepare a few meals and had all the cookware and utensils we could possibly need. I would definitely refer this property to my family and friends.

The house is "compactly" spacious - has more room than it appears. Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. The host is super friendly and quick to respond to questions. A wonderful place to stay!

It was a nice duplex.. there is no condiments or aluminum foil/ sandwich bags etc.. also no welcome basket.. just would be nice for out of towners traveling )you don’t want to buy all that stuff for two days…

Great Experience!

The place was great. We were on one site of the duplex condo and our friends were on the other. We loved it. Everything was clean and we had all the accommodations we needed. The basement was a little musty. The sheets felt damp and I had to sleep with a hoodie but overall it was a great experience for the family.

Super Cute and Great Space!

This was the perfect place for my growing family to stay. We didn’t need the high chair or the crayons, but they are there if you do! Extra attention was taken to make this a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the extra living area downstairs, for family time. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the morning with the view of the mountains. I will definitely share this information with my friends and family! Thank you Danielle!

Great location for site seeing and restaurants

Wish we could have stayed longer there is a lot to see and do in that area. Super close to Garden of the Gods and pikes peak cog railway. Many restaurants were very close- walkable. We had some issues but the owners were quick to respond. Never did get the TV in one bedroom to work but maybe that was user error? ;) There is a homeless issue in Colorado and we did see a fair amount of that. Overall good stay with everything you need to stay away from home!

Comfort

The stay was good for the most part. Areas of improvement: The couch downstairs is broken and needs replaced. Thus with that being the only living area to relax, it was not comfortable. There were complaints online about this in 2023 and it was not rectified since. The bunk bed in the bedroom was loud with any movement, that also needs fixed. The pillows smelled of body odor. No other complaints.
