This is our family vacation home. Its a big and comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2 baths house with a roofed terrace and a porch screen pool. It has a large living area with TV, DVD and cable that will help you relax and have a great family time after a day at the parks. This property is only 20 minutes away from the Disney Parks and 30 minutes for the Orlando International Airport. There are also plenty of shops, attractions and restaurants just minutes away.

The house was clean and rooms were good. I loved how they had everything to prepare any meal we wanted. My one major complaint was the pool. It is screened in which is definitely needed. As it is surrounded by trees. The sun never has an opportunity to hit the pool. The pool was so cold we could not use it all. When I asked if it was heated I was told no. But there was definitely a pool heater on site. We rented the house due to it having a pool, and we looking forward to relaxing by the pool. However that just was not an option at all. We were running late and asked for a late check. Response was very quick and they had no issue with us leaving 3o minutes late.

Family time

This is a great place to stay while visiting Disney. My husband and I road our bike around the neighborhood and out on the pavement along 192. The house is wonderful exactly as pictured, I especially liked having bathroom access from the pool area so no need to walk through the house.

Short trip to Disney

Overall a good stay. Pool was not heated but the owner refunded the heat cost. The washer was broken, which was a problem for us. The best part was the ease in getting to Disney.

Perfect for what we needed.

The house was fairly close to everything we wanted to go to (Disney and Universal). The pool was great once the weather warmed up a little. The only things were that there wasn’t enough toilet paper, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper, and there was a van in the driveway that scared us when we first pulled in. Overall it was a great stay.

Outside looked horrendous, blue tarp roof, long and pine needles bunched up on roof of swimming pool. Inside we were pleasantly surprised by shiny tile floors and laminate in rooms but lack of basic necessities such as salt, pepper, laundry detergent and toilet paper was ridiculous! Pool was not heated and when questioned about it would be additional $75. Overall rating a 6.5

House was lovely. Bathrooms could be cleaner. A lot of things could have been better - nosoft soap in bathroom, no hair dryers in bathrooms. I bought one and left it there. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Only partial roll of paper towels, no condiments (not even salt and pepper), not even a couple bottles of water in frig for late night arrivals. Worst part was I paid for the heated pool. I was told it might not heat well with chilly weather, BUT IT WAS NEVER EVEN TURNED ON!!

Poorly Maintained House

First impression not so good. Screen door to entrance was broken. If your allergic to cats, may not be a place for you. Neighbor feeds about six cats that are always around outside screened back yard. Ants in bathrooms and kitchen. Small black bugs on counters and in kitchen cabinets. Pool not properly maintain. Pool guy came once a week for 5-10 minutes. Stayed 6 weeks, vacuumed once and put chemicals in once. If you want it heated, your have to manually reset breaker every time. Had no hot water one day. Found we had to reset breaker in panel out in garage. Cable box in living room needs to be replaced. Had to reset often and it took up to 45 minutes to reboot. The only reason we stayed was very little was available at the time. Would not recommend or stay here again. Positive note: Kitchen updated, beds memory foam and very comfortable. Close to Disney. Just off Route 192 for restaurants & Walmart. Beware that it is very busy with heavy traffic.

Hair and dead insects in bed

This house was not clean at all. The master bedroom sheets had black hair all over it. There was a dead spider and dead moth IN the bed of the front bedroom and dirty socks in the kids bedroom. It was absolutely disgusting and I would highly recommend avoiding this house. There was also hair in the shower and all over the toilet bowl. There was no replacement toilet paper, paper towels or even trashbags. Owner asked us to do laundry (ridiculous) but didn't even leave laundry detergent. The car in the front drive made it impossible for two vehicles to stay at this house and when we arrived, there was a blue tarp on the roof as if there was roof damage....we should have been told about that upfront. It's unacceptable to pull up to a vacation rental with a car in the driveway being stored and a blue tarp covering the roof. Not a good look at all. Worst vacation rental we've ever had. Thank God we were only here for a competition and not an actual vacation or this would have ruined our trip.

Hi Amanda, We are very sorry that your stay was not pleasant but during your stay you never communicated with us regarding the cleanliness of the place. If it had been communicated, we would have sent our cleaning staff since they are paid for that prior to their arrival. We do have our family car at the entrance but there is still enough space for our guests' cars. Guest are not asked to do laundry, just remove it from beds before leaving, exactly becasie we want to be sure that everything is clean for our nexts guests. This is our vacation home, which we use constantly and some communication from our guests before and not just a review helps us keep it in good condition.

VILLA CONFORTABLE

Nous avons apprécié notre séjours. La villa et les commodités étaient telles que décrit. La climatisation était parfaite ainsi que la température de la piscine. Le quartier est tranquille, propre et sécuritaire. Un seul inconvénient , la voiture stationnée dans l'entrée nous oblige à stationner dans la rue. En plus cela occasionne des problèmes les journées de cueillettes des bacs. En général nous avons eu un très bon séjour!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean and the kids loved the screened in pool. It’s on a nice street, close to everything and the host very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Very happy with stay

Nice house with larger pool. My family was able to swim laps in the pool. The only issue was pool heater and pool pump timer. Property manager was prompt in working with us. Location was great for going to Disney or SeaWorld. Also 5 minutes from Medieval Times. I would recommend.

Great stay!

Lovely home with all the perfect amenities. Quick drive to Disney world, which was great after long days in the park! We felt perfectly safe, along with our two young kids. Really appreciated the child locks on the top of the sliding doors for added safety measure for our toddler. Quiet, super comfortable. Pool looked beautiful, did not get to use since February is chilly! Would absolutely return next time we come back to Disney again! Notes: there is a vehicle parked in the driveway that is covered in tarp. We have a large vehicle so there was just enough room to park, but had to walk on grass to get around. There are only a couple towels, and no baking sheets. Which is fine, just in case you were trying to cook anything or had more people, bring extra towels and garbage bags etc. There are pool towels as well, although we did not use. There is a washer and dryer but we also did not use that. There was another review that stated there was only a 4 cup coffee maker- they have since gotten a 12 cup as well as an air fryer. Really lovely, thanks for the great vacation home!
