Easy walk... 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops – quiet neighborhood. Trolley is nearby too! 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 8.

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and screened porch. Parking at house for 2 cars. One Bethany Beach parking permit. No smoking. No pets.

1st floor: Queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD; hi-speed wireless internet; DR – table seats 6; counter seats 4; pub table seats 2; microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee maker Keurig and Mr. Coffee; washer/dryer; front porch with swing, screened porch; ceiling fans; Both a charcoal and gas grill on ground level; outdoor enclosed hot shower.
2nd floor: MBR – queen; BR2 – 2 twin beds; BR3 – 2 twin beds; BR4 (very small) – daybed; hall full bath; NO pets or unsupervised group of young people; local calls only on phone. TV in Master and in one twin bedroom.
*** Linens, both bath towels and bed sheets, need to be brought.

We had a wonderful time staying so close to the Bethany Boardwalk — it was such a treat to be able to walk there! The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect family getaway!

Loved this house for a week with our kids. House was clean, well-decorated, and full of vacation amenities like an outdoor shower, multiple TVs, and two porches. Ten minute walk to boardwalk and Bethany shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

Great Stay

We had our vacation cut short due to a family issue but the owners were super accommodating with our schedule and allowed us to check in early and check out late as long as there were no other guests preceding or following us. Everything about this place was perfect. Beautiful inside and out, with lighthouse themed artwork throughout that really made the stay away from home feel like home. It had all the amenities (two grills, outside shower, games) with only a short 10 min walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

great location for the cost and the house is very nice! We’ve stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Easy 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Nice bikes and plenty of beach chairs included. Hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend!

Just perfect!

Our group of two small families recently stayed here during a local baseball tournament. It was just perfect for us. The location to town, the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. is great. We have our annual biking event same time every year. We found this beautiful hpme to rent. I believe fir the past 4 years. The home is decorated very nicely, the home is very clean. Great location. Amazing stay at The Lighthouse

We were even more excited for our stay when we opened the door for the first time. The place is gorgeous, clean and decorated awesome. The girls couldn’t stop telling everyone the different places they found lighthouses. The front porch is great and there was a pail and bucket right when we walked in. There was more space both downstairs and in the bedrooms than we had expected. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax, work and talk. Very nice little backyard. The location was quiet and very close to everything. Cabinets were labelled and we were able to quickly find everything we needed. We loved everything about it. We’re looking forward to staying again, it far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend booking it for your next visit to Bethany Beach.
