Great location! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor area is lovely. It’s conveniently located with everything (train station, restaurants, shopping, etc) close by and a15 minute ride from the airport.

Pleasant spacious flat

Large flat in quiet residential area. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beds comfortable. We really enjoyed chilling on the large terrace. Happy to recommend.

Lovely Flat in Nice

We stayed in the flat for a week and used the local services - its near the station, to get to Monaco, handy for Trams on both lines and has a couple of supermarkets nearby. The flat has a great bathroom and kitchen - both bedrooms were clean and had Air con (which we needed!). It has a lovely terrace, with a city view, great view of the fireworks over the bay one night. If we come back to Nice, we'd stay again.

Wunderbare Tage in Nizza verbracht.

Tolles Appartement mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Sommertagen ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Betreuer der Wohnung ist herzlich und freundlich. Das Appartement liegt günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, von dort kann man tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen oder mit der L1 in die quirlige Altstadt fahren. Geht man in die andere Richtung ist man in kurzer Zeit am Strand von Nizza, man läuft dabei am weltberühmten Hotel Negresco vorbei.
