The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

Wonderful location and perfect home . 6th floor penthouse with sufficient air conditioning and nice elevator for my mother . The location between Old Town ( Bistrot Anthonie :) and our friends staying at the St Paul Hotel was perfect . Would love to stay here again .

Great location - catch the tram into nice or dine out by the harbour. From here we visited Cannes, Monaco, Eze (an absolute must for the exotic gardens and views), villefranche & old town. A fantastic apartment with unrivalled views and weather even in march.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our one week stay in this apartment. The apartment is as described and pictured in the listing. Everything functions as intended and the views and location are excellent. We were met at check in and checkout. Communication with the owner and local staff was quick and efficient. We really appreciate the space and ability to cook a few meals. Thanks again for sharing your apartment and we look forward a future stay.

This is a spacious apartment in a great location. Roomy, well appointed, close to grocery store, tram line. AC worked great, which was a good thing because France was having a heat wave while we were there. As the property listing pointed out there is a flight of stairs between the entrance and the elevator landing and another flight of stairs between the 6th floor elevator landing and the actual 6th floor. So be ready to manually haul your suitcases up those stairs. There is also a set of stairs from the main floor of the apartment to the upper bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would surely rent his apartment again on our next visit to Nice.

Incredible stay-we didn’t want to leave! Best part of Nice to stay in. Easy to get everywhere, lovely to watch boats go in and out of harbor, great dining just below apartment and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was stunning in its location! We absolutely loved it. We had some difficulty because one of the rooms shown on Vrbo was of a nice room with 2twin beds, dressed nicely with a back balcony with chairs. We arrived to find that room with one dressed bed and the balcony being used as a storage area. There was some back and forth with the owner, after some convincing he agreed to have the house manager make it look presentable. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was to die for, watching yachts dock was fascinating and sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The location was very convenient for restaurants, bakeries, tram and train.

We absolutely loved our stay at this well appointed apartment. The view overlooking the boats and watching the sunsets was amazing. The location at the harbor was so convenient to the cafes and train. Just a lovely place!

Loved this beautiful port stay!

Really gorgeous, well-appointed, and perfectly located property. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the views were stunning. The location could not be better and we were so happy to have chosen this wonderful spot. The next time.we are in Nice we will definitely book again!

Wonderful location!!!

The location was better than expected! Unit was super clean, views were awesome and being able to walk downstairs to a ton of restaurants/bars was AWESOME! The check-in process having to be in person was a bit cumbersome, but the local person who met us was very nice and very thorough with the explanations on all of the systems. Loved the area and would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
