Sandlapper Point is a new, beautiful home with lake views and downstairs outdoor entertainment area!! Situated on a corner lot which allows for more privacy and parking. This home features a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a full bunk in the third bedroom. Sleeps 6. Each room has extended cable with flat screen TV's and extended wifi. Tile flooring through out the home with updated stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops!! The quality of this home sets the stage for the perfect family vacation!!!
*NO PETS ALLOWED. EVIDENCE OF PET WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT
No smoking. Families only, must be 25 to rent homeland present for entire stay
Golf cart to be rented through Ocean Lakes or you can bring your own.

Just perfect! The first thing you notice is how clean the house is, felt comfortable just walking in. Great location loved being able to see and hear the fountain in the pond. Both the owners and the property manager were very friendly, very easy to work with, and responded very quickly with any of our questions. We were here for our 20th anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice of this house. Overall, just a wonderful stay, highly recommend this property.

This was our favorite house to stay at of all our Ocean Lakes trips! Clean, comfortable, lots of space for family to hang out on a rainy day. We only wish we could bring our pets during our next trip. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend for a family vacation!

Great Place to Stay

Property was very clean and exactly as described. The communication with Cindy was awesome and she was so kind to give us a later checkout to help accommodate our situation. Beds we’re comfortable and the house is cozy. Porch area is great to have a meal or drink your morning coffee. If we return to Ocean Lakes we would stay here in a minute.

Memorable Vacation

This house had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. All we brought were our clothes, beach towels and a few groceries - everything else was on site! So nice not to have to pack lots of necessities! It is located in the middle of the campground which made access to all the amenities very easy. We will definitely visit again!

Extraordinary Vacation Rental

The perfect vacation rental. I can honestly say everything about this rental is spectacular. The space, the furniture, the decorations, indoor and outdoor areas, and a seriously comfortable bed. The location is great with the view of the lake and on the corner. All our expectations were exceeded and Cindy made sure that check in was a breeze for us. We’ll most certainly be back.

A plus!

We enjoyed our stay in this property very much. The house was very clean and well supplied. Plenty of room for my family of three. The beds were comfy and I was so happy that there were ceiling fans in the rooms. Ocean Lakes was a great place to stay since there weren't alot of restaraunts or shops open because of the quarantine. There was a grocery store and good pizza and burgers that we could get within minutes of the house. Just hop on the rented golf cart and you're good to go! They have really thought of everything here. Also, Cindy was so helpful at getting one small problem fixed (the internet was out because of a power surge before we arrived). She called the internet company and we were fixed up in a jiffy!

This was our first time staying at ocean lakes and first beach vacation with our almost 2 year old. The house was clean and had a beautiful view. We liked that it was towards the entrance of ocean lakes so it was easy in and out access if we need to go to the store. Otherwise a golf cart is all you need!

Best beach house

This house is new and clean! Suited my family of 5 perfectly. The upstairs deck area is spacious and overlooks the lake. You can have supper inside or out. The downstairs sitting area was perfect for hanging out and grilling! Outdoor shower and indoor washer and dryer. These are luxuries in Ocean Lakes. Let me not forget to say that communication with the host is a breeze and a pleasure. We hope to stay again!!!!

This was our 5th year coming to OL and this house has been the best!! The house was clean and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We began having our family vacations at Ocean Lakes over 24 years ago! After renting a house where everyone could have the space to stretch out and relax, we never went back to cramming into a hotel room ever again. It took us 18 years vacationing here before we decided to build our own beach house and then in the summer of 2017 we became investors in rental homes. Using the 24 years experience we personally had, we dedicated a lot of time and effort into thinking and planning each detail of the house.
