In a quiet residence 10 minutes walk from shops and the large beach of La Favière.
Ideal location to do without your car during your stay
The 30m² air - conditioned apartment on the ground floor with a large 10m² patio opening onto the garden of the condominium, with lovely open views.
It consists of a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds of 90cm, a kitchen area, a bathroom and living room with a 140cm sofa bed.
Private parking space in the residence.

Short stays possible (3 nights minimum) except July and August, 7 nights minimum.
Flexible arrival times except July and August: arrivals 3 p.m., departure 10 a.m.

L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce. Il est très propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Le patio est très agréable car il est grand et sans vis à vis.La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement sans faire de bruit.Nathalie est très disponible et toujours de bons conseils.Bref séjour parfait, on recommande ce logement.

Un joli petit appartement à la décoration soignée

Nous avons passé mes petits-enfants et moi-même un très agréable séjour dans un logement confortable situé dans une résidence calme avec place de parking. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location où rien ne manque.

Feriengenuss an der Côte d'Azur

Das Ferienapartement war gut gelegen. Bäcker, Zentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand waren nicht weit. Auch Ausflugsziele waren von dort mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Anlage war grün und es war ruhig und man hatte vor allem Abends bei Sonnenuntergang eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Alles in allem ein schöner französischer Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur.

Nous avons apprécié la visite du vieux village de bormes, la découverte des jardins du Rayol, le bord de mer et surtout la splendeur du mimosa en fleurs. Nous apprécions Bormes depuis de nombreuses années.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wohnung sehr sauber und modern, sehr netter Vermieter, flexibel und zuvorkommend, Kontakt per Telefon und email bestens, auch auf englisch, persönlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft, Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, herrliche Gegend mit tollen Stränden und Orten. Eigener Parkplatz!

Sejour tranquille.

Loins du bruit on dort bien. La plage à une dizaine de minutes. Studio très propre, on a adoré ça, c'est le point plus fort. Le studio a tout ce qu'il faut. La responsable est très sympathique, souriante et réactive. Le matela du clic-clac pourrait être meuilleur. Un bon séjour de vacances.

Très bonne impression

Un petit problème de chauffage à notre arrivée aurait pû compromettre notre séjour, mais la réactivité et la disponibilité des propriétaire a vite résolu ce problème. Grace à son balcon fermé, cet appartement offre un volume agréable et fonctionnel qui vous permet de vous tourner confortablement. Il est également très bien équipé avec son séche linge, son lave vaisselle et tous les plats et couverts nécessaires. En bref, l’appartement idéal pour passer un bon séjour en bord de mer.
