This condo is in the M building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. It is closely located (1 mile) to Pensacola Beach's many dining and entertainment options to round a perfect vacation.

Pensacola Beach is known for its sugar white sand, turquoise waters and amazing beach culture! Bars and restaurants are less than 5 mins away and keep an eye out for the occasional Navy Blue Angels flyover!

Very clean and well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances. Quiet and out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to take advantage of great restaurants and activities. Some of our favorite things included a flyby from the Blue Angels and dolphin watching from the balcony!Beautifully updated decor and spa like bathrooms. Rental manager was perfectly communicative checking on our stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay!

This little piece of heaven sits right on the beach. Perfect location for Florida's unpredictable rain showers. Our little crab hunter had a ball and the dolphins playing in the gulf was an added bonus.

Gorgeous beach and quiet location in off season

This place was perfect for our family's November beach trip! Great view of the beach and a quiet location off season. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was very clean. Highly recommend. Be aware though that it is a top floor condo, which I think has better views, but that also means more stairs.

Enjoyed our family trip at this rental with beach front views and access. Everything was as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. We stayed during March when the beaches here are still relatively quiet, but I would imagine peak season to be very crowded.

I always read reviews to make sure we are directly on the beach and we had another successful booking with this villa. Our very first time staying in a villa and we were very satisfied.
