Lake George Waterfront Gem, Completely Renovated 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths



This newly renovated house is ready for all of your Lake George adventures! Located right between Lake George village and Bolton Landing, this house is centrally located for all of your vacation needs. Nearby you can find restaurants, boat rentals, arcades, a theme park, horseback riding, and much more. With very spacious living quarters and a huge wrap around porch, you can enjoy Lake George from every spot. Brodie's Lakeside House has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds (a full bottom bunk with a single upper bunk), the third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has both a queen and day bed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor, and a half bath on the first, all brand new. The kitchen is newly renovated and provides all the cooking tools needed to make a first class meal, that can be enjoyed by guests in the full dinning room. A small breakfast nook is located just off of the kitchen for smaller meals. A dock slip is available for your boat for an extra charge of $50/per night or $350/per week. You may also rent a boat to explore the lake right next door, we offer our house renters a 5% discount on boat renters during their house stay through our marinas BrodiesLakeside.com and LittleHarborBoatCompany.com. If you rent through 1 of our 2 rental locations we will not charge for the dock slip at the house. We are family friendly, with a crib and high chair available on request at no additional charge. No pets and no smoking please. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a designated swimming area because of insurance liability however there is a local public beaches within 1/8 mile away and utilizing one of the day camping sites on the islands throughout Lake George is another great option if you bring your own boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Fabulous waterfront home for family enjoyment!

This is truly a first class property! The inside has been impeccably, restored with very simple and comfortable decor. The front wraparound porch is incredible, with extensive views of the lake, as well as the on-site marina.Special kudos go to Riley, who manages the property as well as all of the marina activities. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very personable. We will definitely be back!

Lake George Family Weekend

We rented this property for a second time. Nice grounds, access to lake for kayaking, plenty of room inside and out. The view of the lake and sunrise over the mountains made morning coffee a special time (while it was still quiet). Highly recommended.

We had quality family time at this large, beautiful and well appointed property right on the lake. Large windows and covered porch provided constant views of Lake George and we had plenty to do on property - cornhole, ping pong, fire pit. Yearly family reunion

This property is beautiful! Even though the house is centrally located between Lake George and Bolton Landing with tons to do, no one wanted to leave the porch! Morning coffee watching the water and nighttime s'mores watching the stars...it was a beautiful weekend. Christina was a great host, she was quick to respond to any questions and left many thoughtful touches around the home that made our trip feel special.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Lake George property. The windows overlooking the water and the incredible wrap around porch were spectacular and the property was well cared for and well maintained. When we checked in we were notified that the refrigerator had stopped working the night before during a party the owner had on the property and within 2 hours we had a brand new refrigerator installed. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Just a real gem of a property!

Grand porch views of Lake George

The manager of Brodies marina -Riley- was amazing and very accommodating and communicative. Having the boat right there was perfect and the staff was very polite and efficient. The house worked very well and the lake views were wonderful. I would have appreciated knowing however there was another unit rented which was attached to our rental home. It all worked out however.

Great Summer Vacation

From beginning to end this vacation was amazing. The house was exactly what we thought it would be. Clean and updated. Cozy and well equipped. The property owners were responsive to any question we had. The Marina offered us the opportunity to rent a variety of boats (with Tubes). We brought our Jet Skis and there was a space set aside for them. Diamond Point is a perfect location between Lake George and Bolton Landing. We would recommend this rental home to anyone. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Amazing home and Beautiful Views of Lake George

Brodies Lake House was Perfect and Christina was an awesome host and always available. This is our sixth year coming to Lake George for the Open Water Swim and this home is our absolute favorite and by far the cleanest place we have rented here. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location and loved drinking coffee in the morning and looking out on the lake. The pictures in the listing our exactly what you will find and even more. Christina supplied many items that we had to bring to other places that we've stayed. We have recommended this place to others and hope to come back again. Thank you Christina for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing!

I spent the weekend here with my family and we all loved it! The house is big and beautiful and newly renovated. It was spotless and had everything you needed for the weekend. Each bed had towels folded with a chocolate waiting for you when you arrive (so cute). The view of the lake from the porch was lovely. The location was perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend renting a boat from Brodie’s boat rentals, we spent the whole day on the boat and docked our boat at Algonquin’s for lunch. They also gave us great recommendations on where to swim and what to see around the lake. It’s also a bonus that you get on and off your boat right in front of the house! Christina was so sweet and attentive, I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Lake George's Best Kept Secret Place to Stay

Our family gives Riley and the Brodie family a perfect score for their wonderful, private, vacation home on the lake. The breezy home is beautiful, spacious, clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, and huge windows with a grand view of the magestic, lush green mountains and crystal clear blue lake. We spent alot of time on the grand porch, watching the boats go by, the heron fishing, and loon calling in the morning and evening, making s'mores on the propane fireplace and grilling on the porch, or sitting in the adirondack chairs on the lawn by the lake.We couldn't have asked for a better setting...after staying at other places around the lake for the last 6 decades this is the best kept secret. Riley and his staff makes everything so easy. He is next door at Brodie's Marina and the king of hospitality. He gave us a great dock for our boat right in front of the house. He handles everything so well and quickly with grace and wisdom. Thank you to the Brodie family, Riley and staff. We are so grateful that you made us feel right at home.

Classy Comfort

A lovely home newly renovated maintains its original charm with nicely remodeled modern features. Bedrooms are all upstairs, comfortable a beds, and plenty of towels left for guests. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room for the group. Nobody felt crammed... Each bed also had a lovely piece of chocolate for each guest and lovely soaps and washes for all guests. The kitchen was nicely equipped with lots, pans, utensils, plates. Our favorites was the wrap around porch with rockers with a stunning view of lake George. Also, Christina informed us of the new addition... the fire pit for enjoying some s’mores with the kids while watching the fireworks. Additionally, we were able to rent a boat at Brodie’s (next to the house). We rented a 21ft pontoon, along with a tube for the kids. We did a 3-day rental which allowed us flexibility to come and go as we pleased with the kids. We will definitely be planning a visit next year. Thank you Christina! We look forward to coming again and thank you for your part in making our trip so terrific!

We loved staying at your home. The porch and view were magnificent. We rented boats from your marina and my kids had a great time using them. Service was terrific. The home had everything and more than we needed to cook with. It has a million dollar view. It was so peaceful to seat and rock on your porch and look at the lake and mountains. Beautiful lakeside house

My friends and I loved this house. The huge bay windows with views of the lake and mountains were a great thing to wake up to. We made great use of the wraparound porch and the big yard. The propane fire pit, regular fire pit and grill all added to the experience (and ping pong table was a nice touch!). The rooms were all very nice and the house was in great shape. Convenient boat access as well through John's rental company. Definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome Lake George Get-away!

This is a absolutely perfect place for us. My family and I stayed a few days after Labor Day on the way to a family function in Albany area. The house has been renovated with the pleasing mix of old world charm with modern updates. The staff at the marina are very welcoming and the location is great. We will repeat. Great spot for fun on the water

We had an amazing week here. The property was gorgeous and clean. We got great information from the owners on where to eat and things to do. They even helped find us a babysitter so we could have an adult evening out. We rented a boat from the dock to enjoy our days on the lake. The house right on the dock allowed us to make quick stops at the house and go back to the boat.

Greatest Getaway

This is the 2nd time staying here and this time we booked it for 2 weeks!!!! Beautiful, well kept up home with the greatest view. Right next to a marina which gave some very fun “people watching” experiences as well. Central to the Lake George Village and Bolton Landing and a quick hop onto I 87. The place is run by great people and I strongly recommend. Bob

Family owned, Family operated. We purchased this Home, Marina and rental property in complete disarray. Property needed cleaning up, updating and renovations throughout the entire property. We knew it when we purchased it and couldn't wait for the challenge. We continue to make upgrade on docks, rental office, north side of house and septic (for north side of house). These upgrades (under works) will not affect your stay in our already beautifully renovated 4 bedroom home. Everything that we continue to approve are done in the off season and will not affect our guest!!
